Foxsong nodded, “He kept everyone on track, they got distracted talking about the kits.” She answered, chuckling.

“I don’t have the patience or focus to be a medicine cat. It’s impressive.” Frostwhisper said, smiling at Smallclaw.

Smallclaw smiles back, but then freezes.

Brightsky chuckles.

“What’s wrong?” Frostwhisper asks, noticing Smallclaws change.

"I've gotten a message from StarClan. I need to warn Hazelstar. Smallclaw bounds away to Hazelstar's den.

Frostwhisper sat up a bit, worried as Smallclaw bounded off.

"Hazelstar!"
Hazelstar looks at her medicine cat. "Yes, Smallclaw?"
"I got a message from StarClan. The shadows will attack soon."
"The shadows? Wait... ShadowClan...." She growls.

Frostwhiper sighed quietly to herself, before standing and stretching. She shook out her fur, and decided to go for a quick walk in the forest.

(Just gonna have his suffix as -paw for a while)

The pitter patter of mouse feet made the apprentice's ear twitch, as the young tom's nose was filled with the scent of a mouse. His excitement bubbled, before the tom crouched down, and gazed at his vicinity for the nearby mouse.

The apprentice soon saw the mouse standing about, and nibbling on something. Taking this opportunity, he'd slowly approach it, while trying to make sure that he wouldn't step on something.

When he got to the lone mouse, the apprentice only examined it for a bit. It was a white, scrawny looking mouse that couldn't exactly do much, but would be good enough. With a sigh, the apprentice thought to himself, Okay, Fallenpaw.. Just grab the mouse, and get this over with! I need at least a piece of prey to get back into camp for today!

The young tom - Fallenpaw - got ready. Settling himself for the slightest heartbeat, the apprentice used all of his power, and pounced toward it. With Fallenpaw's eyes closed, he'd bite down on the scrawny mouse's neck, as he felt himself skid off, with the mouse in tow.

Dappledpaw follows Fallenpaw with two vole's in her mouth. "Look, Fallenpaw! I got two voles!"

Fallenpaw opened his eyes, as the apprentice felt the scrawny mouse go limp in his mouth.

"Look, Fallenpaw! I got two voles!"

The tom glanced over to the incoming she-cat, with two voles in her mouth. Fallenpaw sighed, as he also approached Dappledpaw. The apprentice only gave a defeated sigh, as he looked down on his scrawny mouse.

"This was the only piece of prey that I could find!" Fallenpaw exclaimed through his muffled mouth.

"Don't worry! You'll find some more prey another time!" Dappledpaw meows reassuringly. She touches his nose with her own.

Fallenpaw gave another sigh through his muffled mouth. "Okay then," the apprentice responded, after Dappledpaw finished touching noses with him. "Well, let's head back to camp?" Fallenpaw asked. "It's looks like it's getting late.."

Frostwhisper padded out of camp, taking a left as she did. She walked through the forest, easily dodging any fallen trees or boulders.

“I’m going to leave you alone to get some rest.” Foxsong said to Brightsky, standing as she did.

"Yeah. Oh, and the Gatherings happening tonight! I hope I'm able to go!" She mewes excitedly.

"Take care, Foxsong." Brightsky smiles.

Foxsong returned Brightsky’s smile, “If I’m chosen to go tonight I’ll fill you in when we return.” She says, padding out of the den as she did.

"Thank you." Brightsky meows, then she closes her eyes and dozes off.

Foxsong quietly left the nursery, walking back out to the centre of the camp. She stretched in the sun, which was beginning to set. She watched the sky change colours.

Frostwhisper realized how late it had gotten, and quickly made her way back to camp.

Fallenpaw chuckled, as he began prodding back to camp. "Me too!" the apprentice exclaimed through his muffled mouth of prey. "I always wondered what the Gathering would be like!" His gaze fell on Dappledpaw's figure in excitement. "Perhaps we could go together, if we're lucky!" Fallenpaw said to the she-cat.

"Yes! that would be amazing!" Dappledpaw enters the gorse tunnel that lead to the ThunderClan camp.

Fallenpaw followed in pursuit, as the brown cat's eyes darted about the camp. However, that eventually halted when he spotted the fresh-kill, as full as ever.

The young apprentice walked towards it, as his stomach gave a vicious growl. Fallenpaw sighed, as he placed down his scrawny mouse, and picked out a rather plump looking crow to take some bites on.
