Today has been one tiring day, I can't say it was downright awful but its certainly not been the best. For starters I woke up far too early, I've had an awful headache, And my anxiety has been absolutely relentless for some reason. Not to mention being ghosted once again, no one on here, doesn't quite help with keeping a good mood going.
How do you guys like to try and unwind after a rather tiring and not-so-great day? I might take some aleve and try to listen to some softer music, myself. Maybe try to get a few nice fluffy plots going to cheer myself up.
But I'm curious to see how you all handle your icky kind of days? c: Who knows, maybe I'll take a liking to one of your tricks to get out of a rotten mood.
Also, please, let's keep the conversation as positive as possible! This is a thread on how we all try to feel better, after all.

Music, gaming and writing help me unwind and try to keep a stable mind. I do suffer loads of anxiety which makes me feel meh.
I didn't consider gaming. I could probably go for some gaming tonight if my headache lets up.
