Terms of Service:
- Prices in USD through Paypal.
- If you're giving me only a description or a vast number of images (for clothes ref etc) to design, an additional charge of $3 as I'll need more time to piece things together.
- I don't do NSFW stuff.
- I prefer not to do furries or mechas since this is out of my comfort zone.
- Time for completion can be from 1 week to 2 months due to work load
- I will do up to 2 corrections for free
- If you’re a writer, I am willing to do a short (10 mins) stream with you to get what you want down for accessories/hair/clothing before completing what you want.
--- This is included in the $3, so you don’t have to worry about needing to pay more than the description charge. (We’d have to arrange this because I do work full-time.)
- I’ll be posting finished products (unless requested as private) to other sites as well.
- You will recieve a 600dpi picture.
- Work will be started once payment has been made.

When you are broke as flip, but still want some art, so you offer a trade, where the only thing that you can offer is not great art, with bad lighting and can't do digital properly.

I notice you went around to other commission posts to request for art trades and I do feel uncomfortable receiving this comment.
I’m sure my interpretation isn’t the message intended to put across. I do believe your offering of an art trade is done in good faith and no harm or offense was meant in its writing and posting.
I can’t speak for others but I find it off-putting to be asked for an art trade when this post is centered around promoting my services. Being aware there were other attempts across others’ commission posts made receiving this comment quite uncomfortable as well.
I did have the gut reaction towards the comment that there was a guilt trip inbuilt within due to
1) the expressed thought about the quality of the art offered in exchange,
2) being unable to afford art,
3) and requesting for others to agree to the terms set of an art trade due to the previous two conditions.
I doubt my interpretation was what the original intent of the message was, however, I’d still like to recommend being more aware and considerate towards those offering art commissions in the future.
As an aside, I’d like to encourage not putting down your art and keep drawing and improving. There are plenty of great drawing resources on DeviantArt to help you along as well.
I hope you can take my response and suggestions into consideration and I wish you the best in getting art trades with others.

I'm sorry that I made you feel uncomftable. That weren't my original intent, neither were guild tripping, sorry. I have just very little faith in my own ability to create art, and when I see what everyone else can do here, I feel intimidated.

It's alright. I was sure it that wasn't the intent.
Everyone gets down about their art. I do, most of the people I know do. Just keep going, practicing and drawing, and good luck.
