I'm opening a few slots to roleplay with my newest character. She's a bit of a work-in-progress, but I have her fairly fleshed out. The plots I'd like to have are likely to have a lot of gore and violence, so if that makes you uncomfortable, this RP may not be for you. If Valerie appeals to you, I would love to discuss ideas and plots OOC through PMs. I can also provide a few ideas of my own as listed below:
1. You find yourself in a bit of hot water with a group very dangerous people. Coincidentally, Valerie has been assigned to assassinate said group of people. Eventually you are caught in the wrong place at the wrong time, and are backed into a corner. When all hope seems to be lost, Valerie is ready to come to the rescue, but instead out of nowhere you cut down every person in that group single-handedly. She is thoroughly impressed by your work, and convinces you to aid her in a different mission she is assigned; in return, she owes you a favor of your choice.
2. Valerie is assigned to assassinate your character (who is a reckless murderer, an innocent person with a troubled past, or may be assigned to assassinate Valerie in return-- wide range of options!), and uses the classic method of entering their life and earning your character's trust. However, when the time comes she finds that she cannot complete the deed because she cares too deeply for your character. Likely Romance Route
Of course, if anybody has ideas of their own, I would love to hear them as well! Valerie works with any modern or fantasy setting, and details about her are flexible to fit plots. Any further questions you may have, feel free to ask me through PMs or right here on this thread.

Magic is fairly common. Players and NPCs important to the tale may have it. Mistborn.
Modern
Wartime/soldier RPs. Combat is a given and will likely be graphic, but there's the potential for non-combat "in the trenches" scenes. World War 2, Vietnam, etc.
