Ever heard the term that your eyes are the gates to your soul? It's true. Our eyes are all different with different markings that express our moods, ours pasts, our hobbies, they express us. But there are these people who have eyes where the sclera of their eyes aren't white. These people hold guardians in their eyes, and they are valuable.
This is basically a more public and less plot driven version of the original idea, which is a work in progress story. There are supposed to be 3 main characters, but in here, you only meet and interact with 1 of them, which is CF.

Magic is rare, but not unheard of. Mundane characters may or may not believe in it. Magical characters may form small and exclusive pockets for study, protection, etc.

Unrest may be part of the setting, but any scenes that happen to involve combat may be summarized.
