It's the year 2054, the government has been taking or creating hybrids off all kinds to study, test, and train the hybrids to become killing machines or to use their abilities for their own sick purposes. The cell environment is cold, wet, and dark with a one way mirror facing inside to prevent any problems. The food is just as bad, barely cooked meat with stale bread or just a bunch of pills. Unless you are willing to cooperate with the government, which means better food and a more comfortable living space but endless testing and torture.
