I've written up at a new character, and I'm interested to get a new RP going with her, so here's what I'm looking for!
Setting:
A small apartment complex built next to a busy main road. The location makes apartments rather cheap, and the complex is largely filled with young families, college students and elderly widowers.

My Character:
Gyce
tl;dr - in short
Gyce is a ghost who's tied to the apartment complex. She can't leave, and even struggles to get outside of her apartment during the daytime. Nobody has ever seen her, and she's made a habit out of people watching - especially whenever her apartment has a new tenant. She fears that she drives people away however, despite never being seen, as she omits a very lonely aura.
Premise:
A small apartment has gone up for lease. Floor 2, Apartment 18. It's had many tenants before it, but they never seem to stay for long. The landlord hasn't ever had trouble with the other apartments and can't seem to put his finger on the problem. He would have never guessed a small, lonely ghost inhabiting Apartment 18 was the cause of his problems.
He holds out hope for the new tenant (your character) who's just signed a lease for Apartment 18.
Other Stuff:
Gyce is a lesbian, but romance doesn't necessarily have to be a part of this RP. It would make for an interesting work around with her being a ghost and all, lol.
RP Style:
Freeform. 1x1. Female characters. I prefer to write in paragraphs, and generally include secondary/minor characters. I'm hoping for a long term RP, with lots of fun character development and situations.
