There was a wound on the arm? Maybe that was the main thing killing him?

If the knives were a red herring, then one of the first things we need to do is search around for a murder weapon of any kind that could've been used to murder Nova. Also, we should probably check for more wounds and possible areas where he could've died from fatal injury.

I'm just gonna add in the fact that my English teacher guessed out the way Nova was murdered on the first try, then proceeded to look at me funnily and ask about my murderous tendencies in literature.

So getting warmer at the fact of one of the staff people did it?!

What caused it? If it's a small hole then we know it was from a gun, if it's a small gash or something, then it was from a knife or something... but what???

Is there a wound on the other side of the arm? Also, it's a small hole?

We don't know that... it didn't look like it in the diagram...

It's not a small hole, it's a gash near the wrist.

So, maybe they slit his wrist with the butter knife and then stabbed his face.

Or just used a better knife.
