"yeah works with me--" spots Connor and looks suspiciously

"right, you two haven't met."

"you have i assume?"

"yes, earlier."

"gotcha" walks to Connor and extends hand "Jayden"

"my pleasure, Connor is the name" he turns to lee. "Looks like we found another survivor"

"yup. we have to stick together."

"so... A trench it is huh?"

"well, it COULD work, i guess....."

"anything is better than here, we are kinda vulnerable at this moment, buildings are what he will hit first I'd assume"

"waiting here and waisting time wouldn't get us any further. We have to continue, we have to move on!"

"so where are we going to dig it then?"

"that would be the plan, did you guys pack anything for that?"

"why would i prepare for the need to dig a trench?"

"never know if you wanna dig anything ya know? My dad was in army so he had me pack a mini shovel in case we camped outside, but that'd take a while to do"

"no i mean why did i. honestly why do i have a set of nine shovels in my bag."
