For as long as anyone can remember the Dark King has ruled over the land of Descara. This evil warlord has slaughtered thousands to get what he wants and won't hesitate to keep doing it. However there was recently a prophecy, a prophecy that said that a legendary blade would appear in four months time, a blade that was powerful enough to slay immortals and absorb their power. The Dark King cannot allow this blade to be found by anyone else other than him and tried to keep this prophecy a secret, but word has gotten around.

Now multiple factions fight for the location of the blade in hopes of gaining its power for themselves. Bounties have been placed for information on the location, many have already died and more will because of the prophecy. Will you find the blade of legend and free Descara from the grasp of the Dark King or will join him in search of it and receive vast amounts of riches in return?

So if you haven't guessed this is a group rp, taking place in the kingdom of Descara ruled by the Dark King, an evil warlord who is in search of a blade that is said to be able to kill immortals. I'm looking for at least 5 or 6 people to join me in this adventure. While there aren't any specific roles to be filled I do ask that you side with either the rebels of Descara, who wish to use the blade to kill the Dark King, or join with the King and fight against the rebellion.

Once we have enough people I will send out a group pm to discuss where and how we do the rp. I do require at least a paragraph per response to keep the story going. Since the setting is in a medieval fantasy world characters have to be able to fit into the setting, so no robots running around laser guns unfortunately.

Though, I do have a few questions real quick.

1. What is the limit of characters that we may use?

2. You said that we must side either with the king, or the rebels. But, you also mentioned these "multiple factions" that are also searching for the blade. What are these supposed factions, and is it possible to be able to have some type of role in them?

3. What is the prophecy specifically? I want to have at least a slight grasp of it, so I could probably understand it more, even if it's just the slightest. Or, is it going to be actually mentioned in the roleplay? xD

I believe that this is all the questions I currently have for this roleplay.

I would say one character per person, as to let more people join in. As for the factions those are mostly for people who don't want to be rebel or with the King, essentially you could create your own faction that you would join, if that makes sense. As for your third question the prophecy is going to be explained more in the roleplay, though even then it's pretty vague, so then it makes it difficult for people to figure out where the blade might be hidden.

Hope I cleared somethings up, tried not to make it more complicated.

Alrighty then! In this case, I want to test out my newest buddy, Charles, up in here. Though, he'll probably force himself to work with whoever he deems most righteous, because let's say he got "caught up" in the mess Cx

He'll be more like the provisions person, and won't necessarily fight in any skirmish that Charles gets caught in.

And, I'll adjust some extra stuff about him, for this roleplay

My vampire character, Kiyomi, sounds absolutely perfect for this~! I'd love to join, if I am able!

I've got three characters who I think would work for this, Vremya here is one.

And Klaus is the last one.

I would love to join this, though I don't know which character to use. Would you chose for me? I am able to edit any one of them to better fit the setting.
