The Ishvalan War of Extermination
The war was begun with the death of a single child, shot by one of Amestris's own soldiers. The riots became out of control, and after so much bloodshed had carried on for so long, the order came down to all State Alchemists:
Destroy Ishval.
The Role Play Plot
Major Celeste McGowen, the Targeting Alchemist, is one of the many people called forth to destroy Ishval. She's uneasy about the entire ordeal, as are the rest of them, but orders must be carried out.
OOC: We will explore the alchemy-ridden battleground of Ishval as it's presented in FMA: Brotherhood. I encourage you to create your own State Alchemist character and just reference the others we know are there along the way: Mustang, Hawkeye, Armstrong, Kimbley, Bradley, Hughes, etc. Details about Celeste and her alchemy can be found in her profile, under FMA.

I'm a huge fan of FMA: Brotherhood and have been rewatching it recently, so the cannon information is fresh in my mind. Industrial revolution
Wartime/soldier RPs. Combat is a given and will likely be graphic, but there's the potential for non-combat "in the trenches" scenes. World War 2, Vietnam, etc.

OOC: Since Hector looks like the typical Ishvalan (dark skin, red eyes, white hair), were you planning on making him a rogue Ishvalan or just making that a coincidence? Because his ability to easily disguise himself would come in handy in the war.
