Dear RPRfriends,

With the continuing growth of the RPR, I find my time is ever more tied up with addressing bug reports, answering questions, handling disputes, and yes, even occasional programming.

This makes it very hard to find a clear headed moment to design templates!

I would like to ensure that there is a steady stream of new templates in 2013, and for that I will need help.

I'm looking for 3-4 people that would be open to taking commissions for template designs. You do not need to know HTML or CSS -- I will program the templates for you. But you do need to be able to provide me with cleanly layered PSD, and you may have to dodge some common browser issues... So prior experience with web stuff, or the patience to go through many rounds of revision is a must.

You will also need to be able to keep a secret. Sometimes templates are made well in advance and released along with a particular event. You will not be allowed to spoil the surprise!

Applicants should brace themselves that this is somtimes a nitpicky process, and your grand master pieces may be heavily modified or "dumbed down" to ensure that it works for the widest range of computers and characters possible.

Please also be aware that designs that you sell me become the property of the RPR, and pieces may end up appearing in promotional material, get offered to Epic users as pieces of flair they can use to dress up their user profiles, etc. etc. You can't resell these designs elsewhere.

1. Please link me to examples of past designs that you've created, either for the RPR (with an epic account) or any other site. Screenshots of concepts are fine.
2. Tell me your price range per template, and what additional colors for a template would cost
3. Tell me your availability. I'm looking for one person right this very second, and others that I can call on throughout the year.
4. If you like, you can tell me about other art/web expertises you have that might come in handy.

I looove background images part of it, but HTML etc (whatever you're using to make buttons work and fonts be blue..) well, that just ain't my thing. Yeeup

Well, I have a AS in Graphic Design and am going for my BA in Arts... so I have no problem creating designs if you like. I have a DA profile, but I don't know if it's very geared towards background stuff as it is random art lol

I would offer, but I really have no idea about the website stuff. I've never done it before

hmm i do have some experience in html though its been a few years... I could probably do some templates however I don't have any examples of what I've done. I am pretty handy with photoshop having taken a class on it and I also took two html classes (but yes, html has been a while). I could help you out Km if you'd like ^^. I'm a quick learner for the most part. And if I am unable to satisfy your needs you can always hire someone else

I'm willing to do art if you need it. You're familiar with my stuff, I think. If you need reminding I think I have Arch's website that I designed kicking around somewhere. I'll need to know what dimensions etc. what part of the template is. I also did the marbled for Urraim's skin, designed Urraim's old website (which is now MIA) and have done design for multiple character sites for myself. I think I also have some of those templates on my computer somewhere.

I did all the design and code for that, though I've long since forgotten most of the code, LOL! Fortunately you say that's not needed...

Price range depends on complexity. I'm happy to talk to you about it in private, since I don't know exactly how much detail and artwork you'll be needing. I'm thinking between $25 and $30 depending? I dunno. We can talk if you end up interested, though!

The website there displays artwork of mine of Arch as well in the Gallery area. In addition to that I am quite familiar with Adobe Photoshop as that is what I use to create all my artwork in. I am not "professional grade" with it, but I do photo touchups for my photography as well as drawing in many, many layers. (SO MANY @_@ My poor CPU...)

My availability is open, since I don't work and have no other commissions in process right now.
