I'm wanting to get into DnD playstyles and I had an idea for a Pokemon game, using dice rolls to determine outcomes, exp payouts, ect.
I would need at least one person who is already familiar with tabletop dice games to help me, though I do have a starter guidebook that I'm studying.
Proposed Plot:
New trainers meet at Professor Oaks lab to choose their first Pokemon (for veriety, possible starters is open to all fire, grass, water, and normal first evolution, first gen Pokemon) dice rolls determine starting stats of each. ((Should likely use a random generator to choose which pokemon of each type we have to choose from or we can just pick our own. I'm okay with either.))
These children and their Pokemon then go on their Pokemon adventure together. They will meet many pokemon and other trainers, as well as face off against Team Rocket, all while trying to make it to Victory Road as the greatest pokemon trainers of all time.
Would anyone be interested?
