Caddoc and E'lara took point and moved ahead of the fauns. It wasn't long before they found a small slopeup the mountainside. "Let's check this out. It's too small and too steep for anything bigger than a human to scale unnoticed." Caddoc said.
E'lara grinned. "And if they decide to do so anyway, I've got a huge advantage at this rate!"
"Allright then." Caddoc cast an invisibility spell over the group, just to be sure. It wouldn't last long, but it'd take them high enough to disappear into the shadows above before the spell ended. E'lara started upwards first. That way she could easily rain arrows from above should a monster decide to sneak up on them. Caddoc would wait for the twins and then take the rear guard.

The two listened to Caddoc and E'lara quietly before, Cal trotted up the hill as Tyr slowly followed behind his sibling, having a look about as they went on up. Tyr glanced to Caddoc. "So what are we going to do if they destroyed the village?" he asked.
"Well," Caddoc replied, "We're on a quest to defeat a blood dragon who's shown up several weeks ago. The monsters we face here are its minions. So, if the village is destroyed, there'll be no safe haven for you in a few days marching. We can't afford such a detour, so either you come with us, or you walk the lands alone."
Tyr's eyes lit up as soon as he heard the word 'Dragon' "A Dragon?! Really?" he seemed extremely excited. Cal on the other hand flinched at her brother's reaction seeming to be a bit reluctant about the topic. Tyr turned to his sister. "Cally! A Dragon, they said! Do you know what this means?" Cal knew what Tyr wanted and simply stared at him a moment. "Tyr. You know how dangerous those are. I--" Tyr interupted her. "Sis! I know! But, you know how much I've wanted to see one." Cal remained silent a moment before she quietly nodded with a sigh. "I go where you go, brother." Tyr then cheered and turned to Caddoc. "Well then we are coming with you!" he ran ahead, skipping with such glee as he waved his sword about it made Cal slap her own forehead. "...Well if we are to accompany you both, I'm Cal. Short for Caladriethiel and that's my overly excited twin Tyr. Short for Tyndir." she bowed a little to them.
E'lara's eyes widened in surprise. She looked at Tyr. "You do know that we're talkign about a blood dragon here, right?" she inquired. Blood dragons were by far the must dangerous and ferocious of all the dragonkin - and none had ever seen one and lived to tell the tale.
Tyr turned to E'lara, still cheerful as ever. "Yup and I can't wait!" he laughed as Cal rolled her eyes.
"We're checking the village." E'lara firmly replied. "If it's still intact, we're leaving you there." She started walking.
Caddoc looked at the two with an apologetic look in his eyes. "I'm sorry, but E'lara is right. If the village is unharmed, we have to leave you there. It's too dangerous for you two, and E'lara and i can't fight worrying about you. However, if the village is raided by the monsters, you can come along. There'll be no other option."

Tyr stopped and seemed a bit disappointed but that did mean that it was a 50/50 chance. Cal nodded. "We understand..." she glanced to Tyr who soon walked with his sister. "Right?" Tyr nodded fast and followed his sister and the other two.
"Do you two even control any type of fighting?" E'lara inquired.
Cal nodded. "Well Tyr can manipulate the earth and handles himself with swords and shield fairly well. I on the other hand manipulate air and do much better with daggers." Tyr pouted. "I broke my last shield running away from guards a few months ago." Cal shook her head. "It wasn't a very good shield though so don't pout over it." Her brother scoffed and continued walking.
"I'm sure we'll find something in the village once we get there tomorrow." Caddoc replied.
Shortly after, they made it to a small plateau on the mountain's edge. "This'll have to do," he said. "No fires anymore, we're still too close to where we came from.
E'lara nodded and sat down at the plateau's edge. "I'll keep first guard."
"Allright girl, wake me halfway to the morning." Caddoc replied. "Come on you two, get some sleep. You'll need it."

The two nodded and curled up beside one another, draping their cloaks over themselves once again, this time hoping to not be disturbed by another creature of some sort.
The night passed uneventful. E'lara saw some movement down below, but she could never tell wether it was a minion or not. They left the little group alone, though.
When the moon was starting on its way back down, she woke Caddoc. "Time to take over old man." she said. Caddoc got up and took over her guard post. E'lara lay beside her and fell asleep quickly.
Morning came, and Caddoc stretched as he rose from his place. "Come on people, time to get going."
E'lara woke up and started getting her things together.

E'lara woke up and started getting her things together.
Cal was first to wake up, her head popping up from underneath her cape sleepily. She yawned and nudged Tyr who groaned quietly. With a slightly harder nudge, Tyr rolled over groaning loudly as he got up. Cal grabbed her satchel and went over to Caddoc, turning to Tyr who slowly arose and threw his satchel over his shoulder, beginning to follow his sibling.
"Seen anything?" E'lara asked.
"Nothing in particular." Caddoc replied.
E'lara nodded. "Let's go then." She started her descent, bow in hand. Caddoc allowed the twins to go first and followed close behind.

Both were quietly following behind E'lara, Tyr rubbing his eyes gently. Cal was already wide awake however.
They got back down the mountain without problem. A harpy flew by and spotted them, but before it could screech in alarm, E'lara's arrow had allready pierced its throat. "Anyone up for a chicken dinner?" E'lara joked.
Tyr looked up to only see the harpy fall and snorted with a chuckle at E'lara's comment while Cal giggled.
"I'd rather not find out what Harpy tastes like, E'lara." Caddoc replied.
"Why not, old man?" she innocently asked.
"Because, a bird with a woman's upper body and a mixed human-bird like face does not appeal to me!"
"You're such an old fart." E'lara replied, and walked on.

Tyr couldn't help but burst out laughing. Cal was smiling widely, patting Tyr on the back trying to keep him from falling backwards as he laughed.
