Neko is more submissive female in Yuri relationship.
Tachi is more Dominant female.
Tachi is like protecter and awesome, they make Neko warm and safe and happy.
so Neko gives them snuggles!!!

Yuri is Female Homosexuality though often presented in a more innocent way
basically LOVE focused rather then sex focused.

Mio likes being Neko, no good at being Tachi, Mio is far too weak and timid to be Tachi
Mio could not protect other Neko, Mio would get over whelmed by anxiety and withdraw, not able to stand up for others
unless next to Tachi, makes us feel safe more confident.
Tachi is more dominant one, they protect Neko, and keep neko warm and happy.
Tachi are the most super awesome ever!
Tachi are kind and caring but also Super Strong and can stand up to anyone, they never get scared and stuff and they also have the ability to make your heart go all Doki Doki! when they kiss you of stuff they can basically turn your heart and brain to puddy and stuff.
Neko shows appreciation with lots and lots of snuggles
