So there's a small group of us planning a roleplay set in The Verse but we're looking for more. We plan on running this game before, during and after the Miranda events. We have a group set up for it. Currently we're a crew of 4 but still looking!

Mechanic: Mao Ling
Medic: Drake O'Malley

Plausible legends of ancient magic, but current magic is not common.
Far future, perhaps galactic teleporters and fast terraforming
Combat is expected as part of the storyline but it won't dominate the plot.

Alright i'll admit i'm interested...I honestly would like to use Edge but am unsure if you'll allow him...he'd be a sniper but would use a sort of bow with specialized arrows
I might be interested! I'd have to make up a character on the fly but I'm pretty sure I have some sort of Firefly crew kicking around in my writing stuff somewhere. If I can't find my old crew I'll whip someone up in short order. Who do you still need?

I'm not sure he really quite fits, unfortunately. The Aquila is a light transport cargo ship, and the whole RP is Firefly/Serenity based sci fi.

We're not much looking to try to replicate the crew of the Serenity or do something like build a balanced D&D team, so we have plenty of wiggle room for things. Tien's got a current crew roster, so if something is at the fore of your mind, we can certainly talk about it?
Okay! Hmmm... I might do a security oriented character? As the Aquila is a transport ship, you would probably need someone who specializes in defense. Who should I PM further about my character?
