Elliot smiled as he decorated his apartment with streamers and balloons. His son would come home from school soon. It was his birthday today. So of course he was celebrating with his friends from school. Elliot was proud of the little guy. He had went from being to shy to talk in school to being in a group of friends.
The cake was in the frige and the dinner was getting ready. Just these few more minutes before he'd get to see his son again.
Tim might not be his biological son. But he was one of the best. And in all honesty, Elliot never thought he'd ever be a dad. Yet, there he was, preparing the house for an eight year old.
