Please, all do feel compelled to come. My life has slowed down recently and the itch for battle is soon returning, so I figured 'Why not invite some capable fighters to combat?'
Now, keep in mind, this isn't for kiddos, so don't bother if you don't think you can keep up. The same goes for incredibly powerful god-types, unless handicapping themselves. While I would prefer melee fighters (magically powered or not), I suppose I wouldn't turn down any mages, just don't expect your ranged advantage to help you any.
However, I don't want to fight anything bigger than...say...a minotaur. Cheating with any sort of flight will be grounds for immediate disqualification, though a sort of low hovering is valid, as well as recovering with it should you be knocked airborne.
Now, keep in mind, this fight won't be to the death. If an opponent taps out, or is in any way incapacitated mid-fight, then it's over. However, leaving one fatally wounded or relieving them of some limbs is certainly not against the rules.
I do hope to see you all join. Keep in mind this is a one-versus-one against ME, not a large tournament.

Some magic. Few can use it, but most of the players probably won't have it. Magical characters will likely believe that they are all alone.
Near future, perhaps cloning and genetic manipulation
The RP is entirely based around combat and nothing else, such as an arena where nothing else happens.
