Jaye gave a knowing smile, taking a seat across him. "You don't have to pretend now, my fellow demon friend." Jaye raised her cup of hot chocolate to her lips, taking a long sip while staring at him from across the table, her left eyebrow raised. She hadn't whispered the word 'demon', knowing that no one was around to hear them.

(( its fine))
"Whoa whoa whoa. You think just cause we are out for hot chocolate and coffee makes us friends? Maybe you're not from the same kingdom as me." He tilts his head a little trying to figure out where she is from. "Do you work for the devil yourself like me?" He asks as he picks up his frozen mocha and takes a nice long sip from the straw without moving his eyes off of hers.

The doorbell to the door ringed as a girl with a lab coat arrived to the coffee shop. She was carrying her laptop bag and a small stack of paper in a folder. "One ice coffee..and that please" she said as she pointed to one of the sweets. The cashier ringed up her order and she paid in cash. She took her food before sitting at one of the tables, back to working on her computer and the likes. From the looks she has long black hair, tied into a ponytail. Her eyes are heterochromia. One is blue and one is brown. She seemed busy into her papers...perhaps research?
Jaye scoffed. "I was being sarcastic." She leaned forward, crossing her legs and resting her elbows on the table, her steaming hot chocolate held in one hand. "I have no idea what kingdom you are from, but I come from Kaeveth. And, my father works as the right hand of the devil. My entire family works for the demon king," She took another sip, her eyes not leaving his. "But I don't."
Daemyxih walked past the coffee shop, taking particular notice that it was popular with the other demons. She continued past, making her way down the street. She tied her long blonde hair up into a ponytail despite the somewhat chilly weather. She donned a long black coat with deep blue jeans and a pair of heeled black boots that clicked on the pavement as she walked.
"Hmm.. I personally work for the Demon King as well. How come you choose to skip family time and not work for our master?" He looks over at the girl in a lab coat. Unable to discover who she is. Not an angel or a demon. Maybe just a plan human, but he's never seen anyone in the city in a lab coat. He shakes his head slightly and pays more attention to Jaye.
Another scoff escaped her lips, and Jaye lightly shook her head, as if remembering a memory. "You should meet my family. Then, you'll understand." Her eyes followed Mark's, spotting the girl a few tables away from theirs. Jaye's eyes immediately spot the girl's different coloured eyes. Interesting... She cocked her head sideways the slightest bit, thinking. The girl with the different eyes was definitely not demon nor angel, or any other species Jaye could think of. Was she just human? Jaye shook her head and simply brushed the question off, raising her cup and sipping her now lukewarm drink.
"This isn't gonna be random guy meets girl's family." He humors the conversations sensing the awkwardness and also just being the flirtatious boy he is. "Makes you feel better my family isn't easy either. Parents kicked my twin and I out at the age of thirteen and we were on our own since. Then my brother and I were killed at a bar on our twenty first birthday. Since that we woke up in a realm and were forced to work for the king himself." He explains just a enough to not give away his whole life story. He looks back over at the girl. Some reason she just gives him a weird vibe.
"I didn't asked for your life story, but..." Jaye took a small sip of her drink, debating what to say next. "I am sorry for your predicament. It must be hard working for the king, especially if it wasn't your choice to make."
(( I'll be back in a few. I'm just going to have my dinner, I'm starving ))

((sorry I had to go too unexpected 2:30 pick up ))
"I didn't tell you my life story. I told you a bit about myself. I don't mind it personally. Without the king I wouldn't have met my girl." Mark admits as he takes another sip.

((sorry just throw in your character. We're at a coffee shop so just walk in order a coffee or something and do shit.))
Mikael Aether walks into the shop and barely glances at the others before ordering a coffee and finding a seat alone. He looks as a human at the moment but his demon and angel blood fill the air around him with power combined of both parties.
It were a five the dice hit, his escapist mode. "Well would you look at that. I could go for some alcohol, maybe some whiskey" Mister Green rubbed his chin and began walking through the woods. In the distance he could hear the sound of a truck stopping. He began walking towards the sound.
It were a lumberjack, getting ready for his work on some of the trees. "Well hello my friend" Green greeted him. The lumberjack looked confused at Mister Green. Why would a man in a green suit and sun glasses walk out of the forest? "Hi?" Muttered the lumberjack, clearly confused with Green. "My friend, could you tell me your name?" Asked Green, giving of his big smile. "Darren Bugsfo..." Before Darren could say a word, Green had thrusted the end pf his cane into Darrens chest. He then yanked it like it were a slotmachine. Darrens pupils began to roll and just like a slot machine, they stopped with a picture of a brain in his eyes. "Looks like I got some mind control. Now Darren let's take your truck to the city, I want something strong to drink" He commanded the lumberjack. Darren started up his truck and Green entered it, then they drove towards the city.

((Jesus I wasn't expecting a slot machine reference ))
Abigail walks into the super market looking for the food on her list. Tomatoes, cheese, cheese puffs, and apples. She started in the fruit aisle.

"How nice." Jaye nodded, uninterested in all that lovey dovey stuff. She would take her final sips of hot chocolate, drinking the remaining liquids in her cup before setting it down. Her hawk like gaze travelled the space around them, noting the girl with the different eyes still there, until her eyes landed on a new customer, sat alone at a table nearby. Her eyes would focus in on him, immediately noting his features that only people from the same species as him would be able to see. He was a demon, just like Jaye and Mark. However, he looked, and even smelled different. His blood was the same and yet non-identical to hers. Jaye noticed that type of blood, how the smell seemed...wrong, in a way. Was he a mix of both demon and angel? Her eyes met Mark's once again, and she subtly motioned towards the man with a small tilt of her head in his direction.
"For someone who seems not into romance you sure did like the compliments I was saying." Mark speaks up and he then looks around to see a bunch of demons wondering the streets. Since when did this city get so full of demons anyways? He thinks to himself.
Noting that stare continued, she sighed and looked to the watcher, "May I help you with something?" Her typing went to a stop. The folder hasn't been touched since she arrived though she did take a sip from her coffee.
Jaye raised an eyebrow at Mark, amused. "Who said I liked them? They made me uncomfortable, to say the least." A voice a few tables across would be heard, and Jaye would turn her head to face the speaker. It was the girl with the eyes Jaye had thought to be really interesting. Oh, she realised, She must have seen me staring.
"No, sorry." Jaye gave the girl a small smile which didn't seem to reach her eyes, as if that smile only existed to make things less...awkward between them.

Mikael gets up and stretches as his right eye glow dark red while the other glows golden red.
((Glad to see I didn't miss much ))
"Well you just seemed like you liked them. You did ask me to come here with you." Mark looks over at the person Jaye was staring at. Cool eyes, he thinks to himself. "Dude with the cool color in the eyes, Join us. This table for two has became weird."
