A young girl was walking through her city on her way to the store to pick up some thing for dinner. It was a day like any other of noisy people yelling noisy things through out the city.

Daemyxih was walking through the city streets, wearing her chosen shell. To others she looked like a normal human, with long blonde hair and bright blue eyes, but to other demons her true form shined through.
The young girl, Abigail, she is a new breed of angels. She has eyes that can see angels and demons. She walks on by a girl with blonde hair seeing her demon form She tries to avoid eye contact and her to not cause a scene. To everyone else she is angel to herself she is something else that can be explained.
Through the crowded streets of the city, a figure clad in dark clothes strolled past the abundance of civilians going about in their daily lives. The figure known as Jaye of Kairo, a demon from a kingdom no human knew of, seemed to blend in with the crowd, as she wore an inky black hoodie, black ripped jeans and those famous shoes everyone seemed to wear. Her usual black and scarlet cloak and her dark leathers had been replaced with the modern clothes she wore now, having bought them a few days ago upon coming into the human world. She had found the human fashion choices extremely peculiar, but opted to wear them so as not to stand out.
Abigail walked into the store to see she found herself in the wrong store. She meant to go to the market, but found herself in a clothing store. None other than the less Abigail may be an angel, but still is a girl. She walks through the aisle of clothes until she finds a black and white hoodie. She picks it up and goes to the dressing room. She takes off her black vest and white T-shirt putting on the white hoodie with black paint spots splatters all over it. She finds it quite fitting and decides she wants it. She shoves her vest and T-shirt into the hoodie pocket and walks out of the store with it. An angel she may be, but a demon mind thought is her.
Jaye had arrived in the human world, into this city, with no knowledge of what she would find here. She had lived her whole life in the demon kingdom, until the day she had decided to run away, which was not too long ago. So far, Jaye had come across many things her eyes had never seen before, things that even her genius older brother wouldn't have known about. She had come across these portable conversing machines, where you could talk into them, and someone who had a similar gadget would be able to hear you. What were they called again? Phones...? She had also seen moving vehicles on the roads, which she had already heard about and seen in the demon realm's museum. However, she had once spotted a small white moving capsule in the sky, with wings. It wasn't a bird, she was sure of it, but her mind still tingled with curiosity on what it could have been.
Jaye continued her stroll down the streets and towards her destination, past masses of people, a few passing her strange looks. Perhaps her disguise didn't really work, as a dark hooded figure with an unseen yet surely felt dark aura - which was only seen by demons like her, and perhaps angles - was quite the attention magnet.

A boy in his mid twenties has just teleported here to the human realm looking for a girl. A girl he is friends with, more than friends with. He runs into a girl in a dark hoodie and dark hair. He bumps shoulders with her and then turns around to see her true form of a demon. She is like him. Is she from the same demon kingdom. "Excuse me miss." He tries get her attention.
Out in the forest, away from the city, the air began to ripple. It opened like a door, and a man in a green suit with round black sunglasses, a green bowler hat and a silver cane with a red top stood forth. On his face he wore a giant grinning smile. In his hand, he fumbled a crystal six sided dice around. He breathed in through the two slits that apperantly were his nostrils. "HMMM, spring" He seemed to enjoy the fresh air of the forest. He looked at the crystal dice, licking himself around his lipless mouth "Let's see waht we get" He said to himself and threw the dice up in the air.

Jaye's swift walking comes to an abrupt stop as a human bumped shoulders with her, which later followed up with an, 'Excuse me, miss.' She would turn around, her expression showing her slight confusion. Immediately, her eyes fall on a man with dark hair and tanned skin who stood a good head taller than her. Jaye's lips part, beginning to form a question, until her eyes focus on the man clearly and widened, realising what he was. A demon, just like her.
Her body would immediately stiffen, her expression going stone cold and hard. Had she been found? Had this man been sent by her father to bring her back to the home she deeply loathed?
"Who are you." Not a question, a demand. Her use of tone was cold, her voice abrupt.

"Um.. my name is Mark." He answers a little confusingly not understanding why a simply question was demanded. "Who are you?" He tries to say a little demanded yet still confused on why he chose to say it like that.
The man had answered her question, and asked her the same one. The way he said it, demanding just like her, made her believe him. He doesn't know who I am. The words replayed in her head, and soon realisation dawned on her. He wasn't here for her. Her posture and facial expression immediately relaxed, knowing that she wasn't in any trouble...yet.
A relieved sigh escaped her lips, her eyes scanning around the space, and people, around them before falling back on him.
"Jaye." She replied with a curt nod of the head.

"That's a beautiful name for a beautiful girl. I've never seen you around in this city. You new?" He try to start a conversation other than 'Hi you're a demon, I'm a demon, lets be friends.' Thats just not how Mark works.
Jaye gently nodded her head, trying to brush aside his comments about her name and 'beauty'. "Thank you...And yes, I am new to the city. Just came here a few days ago, actually. How about you?" She knew he was a demon, but she knew of many other demons living in the human realm. And perhaps he was one of them, but she needed to confirm it.
"Oh I actually live here with my brother and my girlfriend. We've been living in this city for a couple years now. We all live together on the other side of town. I actually just got back from a .. business trip and I am looking for my brother and my girl because they weren't home." Mark looks around a little anxiously. He hasn't been here for a month. He did leave for a business trip, but a job business trip.
"I see..." Jaye trailed off.
She was right to assume he was living here, and other demons as well. She looked at him, at his true demon form, and wondered why he hadn't brought up the topic of them being of the same race. Perhaps he simply didn't mention it due to the masses of humans crowding us in the streets. Looking around at them, she had then realised she and Mark were blocking the way of others, as they were standing smack in the middle of the street.
Her eyes looked back at him, and she pointed behind her at a nearby coffee shop. "Would you like to join me? I was just going for a warm drink." If he agreed to come with her, perhaps she could bring up the topic of them being demons.

Mark looks behind him in the direction she was posting at to see the coffee shop. He thinks about his girl and his brother. "I sure do love coffee." He trails off almost as if he was debating to say yes. "My brother and girl don't know I'm back yet so why not." Mark turns around to the coffee shop and starts walking to it.
Jaye followed suit, entering the coffee shop. Her gaze scanned the area, and a small smile of satisfaction appeared on her pink lips as she found the place to be near empty. This coffee shop was her favourite one in the city so far, having come here on her first day in the human world. However, she had found that this place got really crowded and rowdy once it was packed.
She walked towards the counter, bringing her purse out of her bag and taking out a $10 bill. She turned and looked towards Mark. "What would you like? I'll pay." She figured she should at least be nice, since she brought him to this coffee shop to ask questions, and not just about them being demons.

"What kind of man would I be to let the lady pay?" He asks Jaye trying to convince her to not pay. What gentleman lets a girl pay? He didn't leave his wallet at home. He could take care of this. "I got this. Excuse me. I would like a frozen mocha with an extra shot of chocolate and the beautiful lady would like.." He looks at Jaye waiting for her answer.
A small chuckle of amusement escaped Jaye's lips as she watched Mark pay and order their beverages. "A hot chocolate." She stated, finishing the man's trailed off sentence. Jaye was no fan of coffee, much to many people's surprise. It was simply too bitter for her, and she found that hot chocolate was a much better alternative to the unsweetened drink.
