Looking for a literate role-player willing to write at least 4 sentences with each reply. Late teen - Early twenties female character, who's just been hired on to watch over a seemingly bratty-popstar. Roleplay commences during their first meeting in a hotel room with Popstar Baylee's manager and security team in-tow.
__
"Are you almost done in there?"
Baylee's manager called impatiently through her bathroom door. The young popstar herself stood atop the toilet seat, furiously packing things into a duffel-bag.
"You've got another interview in a matter of minutes," her manager reminded her.
"I know, I know!" Baylee called back, frustrated at both the sound of her manager's voice, and her duffel-bag's unwillingness to cooperate and just zip up.
"Just give me one to myself, would ya?"
"I don't appreciate that tone, Baylee.." her manager said sternly.
Baylee didn't respond this time. Having finally been able to close up her bag, she slung it over her shoulder and started for the bathroom window. A secure rope tangled outside of it, and down to the ground below. She was so close.
With one slip of her foot though, all her hopes came crashing down - as did she onto the unforgiving bathroom floor. Baylee cried out in pain, before she could stop herself, and alerted her manager. She tried to scramble from the tiled floor as the doorknob began to rattle furiously.
"Baylee! Baylee, what was that - I'm coming in!"
Her manager, a tall, lanky woman, burst into the room. Her concern quickly became a scowl as she saw Baylee on the floor, and the rope by the window.
"...I see.." she said coldly.
____
"You've left me with no choice, Baylee," her manager said accusingly for what seemed like the hundredth time since Baylee's attempt to escape.
Baylee didn't reply, arms crossed over her chest, and head turned to the world outside the tinted car windows.
"I had hoped this business relationship could be built on trust, but since you've insisted on going against your contract, I've hired someone to keep constant watch. And her salary will becoming out of your paycheck, by-the-by."
Baylee remained silent, simply rolling her eyes. Deep down she was honestly quite scared, and out of ideas, but she wasn't about to let the loathsome woman next to her know it.
They drove in silence a little while longer, before pulling up at hotel. Baylee assumed this was where they'd be meeting her new glorified baby-sitter. Her security team surrounded her as she exited the car, several men in black, who then escorted Baylee and her manager inside.
"I want you on your best behaviour," her manager warned, stopping at a specific door. "No funny business."
The lanky woman waited for some sort of verbal response from Baylee. She settled for the grunt the teenager gave her a minute or so later, and knocked on the door.

I sat waiting in the room to meet her, the famous Baylee. I had heard many horror stories about about Baylee from her manager, which made me think this was going to be one of the hardest jobs to date but money was money. Really how much trouble could one spoilt pop-star be.
The door began to open and in walked Josie with her face looking as if she had just sucked a lemon and Baylee looking pissed.
"Hi Josie nice to see you again"
although in truth it was never a nice to see her when she had that look on her face it meant it was going to be a rough day.
"and you must be Baylee so lovely to finally meet you"
I gave a brief smile as I said so, better to try and get on her good side if we were going to be working so closely.

"Ms. Piper," Josie greeted with a fake smile and a curt nod.
Baylee chose against saying anything, but nodded in Piper's direction when greeted. She didn't look as mean and scary as Baylee had been imagining, in fact she looked rather.. Normal. Someone she might have seen passing in the street going about an average day. It was somewhat comforting.
The three sat down at the small round table off to the side of the hotel room's kitchenette. Security waited outside.
"Thank you ever so much for meeting with us on such short notice," Joise began.
"We're very excited to have you on as part of the team - As we discussed, I'd like for you to start right away. Do you have those papers for me from our last meeting?"
Baylee gathered the two women had already dealt with most of the paperwork, which likely meant her last moments with any semblance of freedom were already gone. The popstar clenched her fists tightly in her lap, looking down at them with a frown.
Who was she kidding..? Her freedom went right out that bathroom window, while she slipped and fell on her ass..

((sorry accidentally reposted same reply twice))
Josie always made me nervous always straight down to business. I did forget the contract and luckily had time to double back home and get it, I would hate thing how she would react if I showed up without it.
"Yes, here it is"
Piper ruffled though her bag while saying so
"Is it all in order and signed"
Josie all but barked
"Yeyeyess it is all in order"
I hated that my voice betrayed me and showed how nervous I was, it always tried not to give that away so I made an effort to stand up taller and put my business face on and push my emotions to the side. This was my first big job after all didn't want to lose it before i really started.
Piper stood up taking a step towards the door looking at Baylee.
"We should be getting to the press conference now"
I hated that I stated it like she didn't have a choice but I guess she didn't really but I didn't want to get off on the wrong foot.

((Hey bub, know you're new -so please don't feel bad. But I'd like to be the only one playing Josie if that's alright?))
Josie flicked through the paperwork Piper handed her, producing a pen to sign with in several places.
"Excellent," she smiled, standing as well and not so subtly tugged Baylee with her.
Josie looked pleased when Piper mentioned the conference, "Ah I see you read the itinerary I provided you with well."
From behind her, Baylee rolled here eyes. She hated how proudly her manager talked about those damn things. Her schedule was always so tight, and Josie was notorious for 'forgetting' to include down time..
"You didn't become a star by lazing around," her manager's voice rung in her voice, "What's a little less sleep now and then?"
"And please, don't let those big baby blues of Baylee's fool you," Josie said, placing a cold hand on Piper's shoulder as they walked to the door, "Firmness is key, otherwise she just doesn't listen."
Baylee dropped her head to the floor, hit with a wave of embarrassment. She felt closer to five years old than she did eighteen.
Outside the hotel room, Josie got the security team and Piper acquainted. She was a member of the team now, after all, and a very crucial one at that.
"During conferences we're out of sight of cameras, but will always be in yours," the head of security explained to Piper.
He was a tall, burly man, but spoke kindly.
"Your main prerogative is to keep Ms Wilson out of trouble - When it comes to anything physical, handsy fans, pushy press and paps, you signal for us, alright?"
