Hi all, I'm a new member to RPR and I'm eager to get started on writing up my characters. However, I'm also feeling a little lost on what information I should share on profiles -- I'm used to filling out already-made applications to join RPs, so when it comes to more open-ended profiles, I tend to waffle... so, I'd like to get the community opinion!

When it comes to scoping out other characters for potential RP, what do you look for in a profile?
What sort of information do you like to know about someone's characters? How much is too much, and on the flipside, too little?
Do you read entire profiles before making a decision to RP?

And so on sort of questions. Basically, I'd like to know from more experienced seekers, "what makes a good profile"?

Well, It'll be more the "Looking for RP" that have all the most important informations, but you can surely include in your profile a part telling about it too, and you can add what you like in general, what are your kicks etc, you never know if anyone comes up with a idea within your fan zone, can be quite a pleasant surprise isn't?
