I go through phases where I favor one over the other, usually depending on the RP/RP's I am really really excited about, or just when I am feeling the muse for one over the other.
Lately I'm on fire for Bunnie.
But in a general sense I love all my babes; but Bunnie, Gilda, and Penny have my heart the most this year.

Gonna have to go with my giant teddy bear of a man, Crow.
Crow actually is a fandom character that I've mushed into modern-ism for RPR, but I just really love him. A few years ago he wasn't anything more than a side-character, but as of the past few years, he's turned into my comfort character that I go to whenever I'm in a bad place (whether it's to think of fluffy things or to torture him in turn because wow I'm a bad oc parent tbh)

I think it's split in two for me. And this is only taking into account characters currently written up on Rpr.
Of my old characters that I've adapted from where ever they were born to bring them over, Deville will always hold my heart. Adoration of villains is in my blood and Deville is my villain through and through.
Of the new characters I've created for Rpr itself, surprisingly Cadence has been worming her way into my heart. I think maybe because she and I are so alike. Other than the shy/introvert tendencies she has, we think and act a lot alike, which makes her easy and fun to play and the rps I have going for her are some of my favorites.
Neriah is a super close runner up, but Dev is so much a part of my identity by this point, even if I never rped her again, I don't think any other character could take her place in my heart.

I think, if I had to pick a favorite, it would be Bella. I love her so much - she was the first character I created on here, but she was originally based off of a character I'd written with for years. All of my characters take different facets of my personality on, and Bella is no exception: I know her so well, that she's always easy to write for. I never have to really think how she'll respond to certain situations, I just know - my gut reaction for Bella is usually the one I go with, because writing for Bella is second-nature to me now. I love her, though, because she's so much more than she seems - I think she's a strong character, and I've thoroughly enjoyed fleshing her out, and making her different from the character she even drew inspiration from.
But I love Charlie, too. I'd never written for a character exactly like Charlie before - especially not a female character. Charlie, too, I've found, has adopted a lot of my own personality. She's prickly and stubborn, but she really does mean well. And she'd sooner swallow a nail than tell you she's in pain. I love getting into her headspace, because her thought processes and emotions are so fun to dive into.
Might be a little biased, because they're the characters I've worked with the most since joining this site, but I adore them both so much.
