Eloise stood up and went to mess hall and made cup of coffee for him and herself and brought back out sitting it in front of him.

his head still down, he glanced at her and moved out his hand to grab the cup. He grabbed the cup and his fingers softly touched hers. He took the cup and guzzled it down, the warm liquid warming his dry throat. He laid the coffee beside him and mumbled a thank you, not meeting the girls gaze.

Eloise chuckled lightly and pulled out a pack of earplug handing to the guy
here tough guy use these they guarantee no sound so if you sleep and kids scream like banshees you won't hear em" She put the pack in front of the guy.

Eloise stood up and headed for restroom to brush her teeth

Gene stared wide eyed at the package and a gentle smile crossed his tired features. "Thanks bitch.." he chuckled and puts them in, the buds silencing the forest and noise of the laughing kids. He smiled and he felt at peace.

Eloise cleaned herself up and got dressed in leggins shorts on top and t shirt that says" Own Your Inner Dragon" ties her hair in a ponytail and went to the bunker but not before looking over to the guy. he seemed peaceful now. and actually looked cuter when he was not a jerk

Gene liked the silence. No, he's loved it. He didn't like the sound of children, their laughter because he was envious of them. They had families. He did not. His family was dead. They were gone. Forever.

Eloise decided to wake up the kiddo since it will be breakfast soon. Ava woke up groggily

Gene took out his ear buds and walked up to the dorm. He knocked on the door. "Hello. I need help with something?"

Eloise opened the door leaning against it with slightly grin" Yes what up?

"I need help making a fence so little brats won't come in." His eye twitched in annoyance at her smirk.

"By 12. Tonight." Gene smirked and his hair fell in front of his eyes. "And don't try to talk to the animals. They've been in a bad mood since yesterday for some odd reason." His eyes narrowed and he gave her the ear buds. "Keep them. After this fence I won't need them"

A kid walked up to Gene and grinned at him. "Your wolfy is cool- VERY COOL,!" The kind grinned and hugged Gene. Gene grinned and bended down to the kid. "You know what, how about next week on Friday you come and see me. You and the wolf can be great friends." Gene grinned. The kid nodded and smiled, running to go tell his friends. For some reason, Gene liked this kid. Gene chuckled and stood back up, his stern gaze returning.
