Save for constant shouting, drunk men stumbling out of taverns, and a few thieves being caught, Serian Spashial is a relatively calm city. With Centaurus as the guards with their strong lower halves, many criminals have gone into hiding. But, rather than hiding like a criminal, or outright going straight for turning them in, Hae-Hyuk Gin isn't necessarily... either. No one knows what stands behind that mask of his, other than wealth and power. He never really decided on what he was, and he still hasn't, which is why he just stays in the middle along with Neravan, his best friend. Granted, Hae-Hyuk isn't the kindest of people, he also isn't necessarily the worst. He constantly changes whether he will help or destroy. By doing this, he gave a carrot-stick approach to the king of Serian Spashial.
When do you think the guards will try and kick me- or rather, us - out of the city? He asked Neravan as he was about to sip out of his tankard through his mask, though however rudely interrupted he was as his drink was slammed to the counter. Maybe when you drink out all of the guards other than the captain maybe? Or maybe when you punch a hole in the wall the dragons made again? She would say, as she looked behind Hae-Hyuk, with at least half of the nearby guards all on the floor, collapsed from being drunk.
When Neravan spoke the truth, it kind of hurt him though, despite Gin never really caring for what others said or thought of him. You're right. Though I remembered something I needed in the last city we were at. I need you to go get that for me. Hesitant, she leaned towards his ear. What's in it for me? The usual of course.
With that, he was alone with a bunch of unconscious Centaurus guards, an elf Bartender, a few Furmatta of different kinds, and a type-1 Docilian Slime Girl serving a drinks in a maid outfit... Cute...
