Hello lovely, creative people!

I am thinking about conjuring up a female demonic character.


I do not know much about demonology. I need help, hence this post.
I’m trying to get a better idea of how the demonic society works around here in RPR, if there are even any demonic societies, kingdoms, groups, etc.
I’d love to hear the plot/history/origin surrounding your own demon, what type of demon they are, if you and your demon character are a part of a group plot involving the demonic realms/kingdoms here on RPR, or honestly any information or tips you can give me!

Or if anyone is willing to step up and help me create a backstory/origin involving their own demon, their demon's family/kingdom/society, that would be FANTASTIC and I would be eternally grateful.

I will be doing some of my own research, mostly on types of demons, their powers and such, but I’d really like to hear from you guys. Especially about groups of RPers who have demonic related plots, kingdoms, etc. I need evil friends willing to help to on my journey to the Dark Side.

(I’m thinking I’d like a minor type of demon, something kind of impish and prankish, because I’m not the best at being important and being a jerk is fun, but also on the other hand, I think it’d be cool being some high-ranking demon, or demon royalty, but then I’ll need some information of demonic societies around here, somewhere to join and rule with a bloodied fist be a part of.)

Well, your ideas are interesting, especially in the complexity, that makes a good RP, nevertheless, had you tried to browse "Demonic" or "Demon" groups by using the search bar?


And you might want to change your title to something more fitting for what you're looking for, and on Smalltalk, the title is even more ambigous. Something like " Looking for building up a demonic character" is more accurate and would help you to get more clicks, I believe.

I haven't tried searching groups yet, I wanted to talk to some people first, make some connections and find where people like to RP, so I can have some relationships before blinding going into some place I don't know. I don’t have good luck just swan diving into groups, most are inactive or don’t really care for interacting with newbie members.

Here's Thazzar. I feel like you sort of summoned him by bringing up this topic, as I almost never check here. So one thing I did with him is break him down like an animal. I considered his natural habitat, a place like Hell. So he always breathes in a raspy way. He's sore from the various chains, armor and such.. So he has aches and sore spots. I go through his environment... Then think what attributes would come in handy for him. So he's as strong as he looks, knows how to use his horns as a weapon and lots more that isn't on his profile per say, but that I know is his nature.

From there he should write himself. But I am also developing him. We should PM or something, maybe do some world building RP together. I planned on doing 3D art for a female species here, but my animation system kept freezing on her. I'd love to see what you're working up!

Why wouldn't you start a group yourself? Sure you can work something out.

Thazzar and I are actually cooking something like that up.
It just wasn't my initial plan of action because I wanted to meet people who are already active in the demonic type world, not just start out on my own dealio all by my lonesome that would probably sit empty and inactive for a while. I suppose I could've made my goal clearer in the first post, which was to meet people who have demon characters and hear about their character, who they like to RP with, if they have groups that are active and friendly, and such things, while also learning about demon species in general.
