Before you ask, yes, I'm a woman. Yes I play male characters, and female alike. No I'm not interested in sexual rp, I want a good, solid story line. Or two... or three... or more!!
I'm a pretty versatile player. I enjoy characters from the damsel in distress (of which I fondly call Did.) to the ancient warhound, or grumpy cleric, and all things in between.
My skpe is amanda.renison (D'otter!) if anyone feels up to adding me on there so we can get to gaming a bit more quickly!

Welcome to the forums. You can call me GM or OG if you want. I play Thraen Valour, Allaran Darkbane, Relbregh Ashdown, Justice Pendragon, Faedkyn Hylorra, Elderon Lioncourt, Vygoren Calygarn, and many other characters. I like to play spies, hunters, fighters, assassins and counter-assassin types. As a male, I normally play male characters. But taking the role of an assassin, my characters have been known to use many different disguises; including but not limited to female apparel if the mission called for it. I once played the role of a male character named Minamoto Yoshidara, who was a high ranking Japanese shinobi who visted Europe during medieval times. In a few of the scenes, Minamoto would disguise himself as a woman and use the alias Miyomi Takara in order to spy on European royal families.
I like stories which cover a lot of different genres and topics; drama, folklore, dark age, medieval, gothic, mythology, high fantasy, horror, suspense, blood and gore, mystery, history, anything in that area. I very seldom look for modern or futuristic roleplays to join, unless they have a really good backstory (and something awesome like werewolves! lol :p ). I prefer slower turn-based roleplays; freeform or paraform. I love action and adventure, but I'm also not competitive. I'm generally very friendly and easy to communicate with. I don't use Skype but I'm here often and open to private messages.
It's nice to meet new people. I hope you enjoy it here and have loads of fun. I look forward to seeing some of your writings. Take care!

Welcome to the RPR! I'm also very fond of the Damsel in distress situation, but have yet to use it in any of my role-plays (so many people are into female empowerment now so it's rare)
