Nikita smiled back at Aylen. "I'm going to go ahead and check on the other lions, you can come if you want." She began to walk over to the other older lions. Most of the older lions were older than Nikita, but their was always something missing in them that made them uncable of being the pack leader.

Aylen nodded. "I'll be fine." he sat down on the gras and looked at Jason. "Are you ok there buddy?"

Jason nodded, getting off of Zantas. "Yeah, I'm fine." He looked over at Nikita as she was stopped by another lion then she walked away into the cave that was made by the bolders.

"Wanna go check out what she's up to?" Aylen asked.

Jason shrugged. "Sure why not?"

"Allright, let's go." Aylen rose to his feet and walked towards the cave's entrance. "Nikita?" he called as he reached it.

Nikita looked back at them. "Yes?" She asked. There was another anthro there, a black panther anthro. He was sitting down on the ground while Nikita was standing up.

"Just checking on you." he replied with a smile. "Is this the anthro?"

Nikita nodded. "Yes, they had found him yesterday in the rain and took him in. They don't know who he is and he doesn't understand them to ask of him."

"Does he speak the common tongue?" Aylen asked as he sat down on a rock.

"Yes, I do." He replied. Nikita nodded. "He does speak English but the lions don't speak anything but lion."

"Allright. My name's Aylen, nice to meet you!" Aylen introduced himself.

"Midnight, but some people call me Night." Night said. Nikita had an idea that Midnight might have beeen her youner brother that was kidnapped and experimented on.

(I knew it! I knew it, I knew it, I knew it! )

"How id you end up here?" Aylen asked, which was probably a weird question since he was by far the only human in the area.

(How could you not know it? )

"My treehouse had been knocked over by the wind in the storm and I was just wondering and came upon this pack and had passed out." Nikita gave Aylen a "I told you so." look, which she knew was probably wasted on him.

Aylen nodded. "I'm sorry to hear that." He couldn't help but stmile at the way Nikita looked at him.

Night shrugged. "It's fine, I can easily make new one as soon as I leave." Nikita nodded. "Alright but we do have a few questions for tomorrow, just rest up for now."

Aylen nodded. "Nikita, can I speak with you as well?"

Nikita looked over at Aylen and nodded. "I'll be back." She walked outside, knowing that Aylen would follow her.

Aylen just followed her untill they were at a distance where no one would hear them.
He sighed deeply, not sure how to start this conversation.
"You know I love you," he said, choosing his words carefully, "But how easy is such a thing between you and I accepted in a pack of lions? I mean... I don't want to trigger an all-out Lion feeding frenzy on myself as soon as I set one foot to close to you." he explained with a nervous chuckle.
