Nikita smiled at Aylen, knowing that she won in this.

Aylen scowled. "Don't give me that look." he couldn't hold back a slight smile playing on his lips.

"What look?" Nikita countined to smile; she knew what he meant.

"You know what look I mean."

Nikita shrugged. She still had a cocky smile curved her lips.

Aylen scowled. "You're not stopping, are you?"

Nikita nodded. "Nope, just deal with it."

"Then you'll have to dezl with my curiosity." was the reply, referring to his earlier questions about what was wrong.

Nikita's smile faded and she looked away form Aylen. "It's just my pack. I know they will be worried and start searching for me by now."

Aylen patted her head. "I'm sure they'll be fine. We'll find them tomorrow." He said in a comforting voice.

Nikita looked up at Aylen and smiled. "Yeah." She yawned and streched one arm out. "We better go ahead and get some sleep."

Aylen looked up for a moment and blushed slightly. "Yeah, uhm... about that." She looked at the cave's ceiling. "That's my only blanket. So... if you don't mind, can I get under it as well? It's pretty cold." He then looked down again and spoke, really quickly, "It's-not-nessecary-if-you-don't-feel-comfortable!!"

Nikita was surprised and blushed. "No, it is fine. You could frezee out here if there isn't any warmth at all, I am able to sleep without a blanket with my fur." She rubbed the back of her neck. "C'mon, we need to get some sleep before morning come."

"You don't need to give it back for me. You can stay under it as well if you want, it's big enough..." he replied, looking away.

Nikita took Aylen's hand and smiled at him. "C'mon, we need to et some sleep." She gently woke up Jason and told him to come over to where she and Aylen were sitting. He crawled over to where they were, laying down next to Nikita. She pulled they blanket over them and laid down to go to sleep.

Aylen smiled back at her and relaxed again. He waited for Jason to climb up next to them before lying down next to her. "G'night," He said, and relaxed.

Nikita yawned and gave a groggy "Night." And slowly feel asleep with Jason curled up next to her.

Aylen woke up first, and was slightly startled to see he rolled sideways against Nikita. He smiled though, stroke her hair for a second and got up, carefully avoiding moving the blanket too much. He looked out to find the sun just coming up, so he decided to go out and get some wood for a fire. He walked out the cave with a little handaxe in his hand and set about his job.

Nikita woke up not long after Aylen had left. She was a little surprised to see that he was gone but could tell for some reason that he would back. She carefully got up, making sure not to wake up Jason.

a good half hour later, Aylen walked back into the cave. "Oh, I see you're awake. I didn't wake you up did you?" He crouched down in the center of the cave and putthe wood together to re-light the fire they'd made the night before.
