I look at and smiled "can I have some more pain med" I ask feeling sore again only been few hours and felt ok because little pain

he gets up and gets her pain meds

I took them in one gulp and sighed feeling tierd and wants exercise "how about a walk before sundown" I ask smiling wanting to move and get out of house

"A short one yes"

I nodded smiled "don't worry I won't run" I said smiling getting up

"i know"

I got up feeling sore I try to put weight on foot but only hurt more

he hands her the cruches

I put them under my arms and hop to door happy to be going out for walk

he walks with her matching her pace

I smiled wàlking outside in fresh cool day I hopdown to the sidewalk and smiled freedom I look at physco and smiled "think you can out hop me" I ask jokley walking a little faster

"Race ya" he says getting on one foot

Ilaugh hoping down the street with crutches as fast as I can I stop at he cornr out of breath

he stops beside her

I smiled at him "getting old" I laugh

he laughs "yeah I am"

I hop to the corner more and smiled being free "can we do another block" I ask him

"sure"

I smiled and nodded hoping more

he walks keeping her pace
