How do you edit a characters IC connections ?
Hi! Go to Dashboard, then click the pencil beside the character, then click (Name)'s Friends and that should be what you're looking for. 
See the thing is , I do that and then I get to this page that says , Enmies etc. But when I press it or try to write something nothing happens?
You need to click the little cog (
) to add comments/change the type of relationship. Or are you wondering how to add other characters as connections?

It says this -This widget only displays your character ties; it doesn't create them. If you want to edit your character's friends, enemies, family and acquaintances, go to their relationships page. So then I go to the relationship page but it won’t let me edit anything ?
Ah, you'll need to go onto the page of the character you want to connect with and click the +Connect at the very top of the page.
