I'm... still bleeding. And I've confirmed that the plants are useless for it.
Bleeding has no cure except to wait 3 rounds
It's been much more than 3 rounds, and the first time I had bleed it lasted 4.

It's possible that I got it re-inflicted the round it was supposed to end and just didn't notice it, though.
