So, who plays Minecraft, and who's willing to roleplay it? I am open to a wide array of ideas, and if you don't have any, that's fine! I'm writing a starter for my girlfriend anyway, so I can easily use it for here. Let me know what you want to do for it, and we can create some sort of thing together.
Magic is very common. Magic-tech, grand floating islands, forests that sing, magical creatures may be an every-day occurrence.
Renaissance
Combat is expected as part of the storyline but it won't dominate the plot.

I never thought I would come across anyone wanting to do a Minecraft RP!! 
I have an idea I've been wanting to try. It's a bit of a lengthy read, but... Oh, and let me start with a picture of my Minecraft skin. It's not the best in the world, but I like it.
Miners, farmers, builders, animal hoarders, smiths, fighters, fishers, you name it. Minecraft is a sandbox game that has seen its fair share of epic builds and will continue to see more in the future. Be it strait Vanilla, plug-ins, mods, or texture packs, Minecraft has already inspired over 10 million people all over the real world to build whatever's in their minds. And the Minecraftian in question today is the one the camera will follow until another player comes to play with him.
Experience is the key, and Sevio has had time to gain a lot of it. He's traveled a long way in several worlds and gained years worth of experience from his time. He's learned that it's not only hostile monsters that need to be watched out for, so that's why he builds with Obsidian when he makes his more permanent structures. The existence of 'griefers' has led Sevio to all but TNT proof his home so that he is all but impossible to grief. Small scale damage is easily fixable and without a diamond pickaxe and a lot of free time, the only thing to be said is 'good luck' on griefing Sevio when he's in full out base defense mode. That said, he still wants that ominous, blast-proof block to look good, so he uses Stone Brick and Dark Oak wood logs and planks to make the Obsidian look better. He's built farms both for plants and animals, and has proven himself to be a powerful and very cautious Minecraftian.
Sometimes though... Life in Obsidian Village gets a little boring. Even with the wisdom of Sevio's 6 fathers to turn to and any number of chores he can do for countless rewards, animals he can play with, and loads of blocks to make pixel art structures... Life just seems boring anymore. Even the Nether offers little challenge for Sevio anymore. So one day he decided to get together some gear and take up a nomadic lifestyle, going after that one last achievement he's yet to gain. Saddling up his Mule and getting a puppy and a kitten from the wolf and Ocelot parents he'll soon be leaving behind, Sevio gets together everything he believes he'll need for the nomadic life of a traveler. The only thing Sevio wont be taking with him are other animals, but he already has an assortment of tools, weapons, and food as well as a set of armor and he's ready to go. He may one day return to his home at the Obsidian Village, but that day may not be for a long time and certainly not by way of respawn. Sevio plays as though he's in Hardcore, and simply put, he does not just up and die. He's a live once and survive kind of being, so sticking with him and following his advice may well pay off in the long run. Dare you to saddle up and accompany him on his quest for the "Adventuring Time" achievement?
