The nurse laugh "we add speical stuff " she said I took a sip it was good "it's ok" I said taking another sip

Kaylea smiled and took a sip of her own milkshake. "You like it?"

I nodded and taking a big sip I look at the nurse sideways see her with bag and small sticks I finish my milkshake and smiled

"Okay, now.... Stay calm, and I'll hold your hand, hon..."

I look at her scared the nurse had a sharp thing with pads "what is that" I said scared

"I way to make medicine not taste yucky. You ever stub your toe? Or get a paper cut?"

Wren ignored her bear. It was the thing that she held onto so dearly, but it brought back so many memories.

Tears fell down Wren's face, it was only a matter of time before security grabbed her and took her back inside. The temperature was 20 degrees fahrenheit. Not shorts and tanktop weather.

The nurse notice wren was missing they sent security out they see a girl they slowly approach her *sweetie come inside your going to get sick" he said coming infront of her "hey it's going to be ok your mom is amazing and we'll look after both of you very well" He said to her smiling

Wren refused to go with the guard.

"Well, this will feel like a teeny tiny boop to the nose compared to that!"

I look at the nurse scared "just look at mom" she said I felt them grab my hand and wipe in then felt a sharp pinch "oww" I said they hold my hand still I look at see a piece on my hand the nurse tape it down.

The security gave her a blanket so she wasn't cold "if you don't come inside we're going have to carry you and give you stuff to calm down" he said to her

Kaylea held Lilly's other hand. "See? That wasn't too bad... Was it?"

I look at the nurse with bag "what's that" I ask the nurse like like water the nurse smiled "just medicine sweetie" she push something I can see the medicine drip down I look at mom "when can we go home" I ask her not wanting anything else

"Soon..."

I nodded rest up against her "she may not feel well her body going to fight for a bit not seeing medicine before" she to kaylea she smiled to me "just rest sweetie try not to talk much" she said to me I nodded curling up

Wren bowed her head, bringing her knees to her chest, waiting for them to drag her back inside. Meanwhile, she took the advantage of looking up at the stars.

Kaylea winced as she got an IV put in her, as well.
