I look around I was here for 10 years and finally being aodpted I sniff a tear then cough hard feeling 10 years of dust and mold the onwer stared "she been under the weather" she said to the women I grunt knowing that was a lye.

The woman huffed and left with the two children.

I step out of the doors I haven't been outside seen I was 5 I gasp at the world around me we got in a car "so we're we live" I ask excited I coughed hard into my. Shoulder

"In a beautiful little house near a nice little pond with lots of fish, and nice trees and swings," she said with a smile.

I smiled excited of all the stuff I get to do I look outside we were in town there was a store alot of stores. "Are we going shopping" I ask as we pull into a parking lot there was no houses near by I cough hard and step out

"Yes, we are!"

Wren sat in the backseat. Silent. She looked out the window at the seemingly endless road.

I smiled excited wren was alseep in car "can I get some new shirts" I ask seeing a pretty looking shirt in window

The woman smiled. "Of course!" She looked over to Wren. "Wren? You awake?"

Wren turned toward the woman and nodded. Her face was sullen and empty.

I was excited I saw a bakery with with fresh bread "can't wait to see everything I said excited

Wren slowly got out of the car, and followed the woman and Lilly

I saw a hair cutter I look at my hair "can I get a hair cut I really need one" I said to her my hair was not clean or cut the onwer use to bowl cut us.

Wren didn't ask for a thing. That would be greedy and selfish, she shouldn't take advantage of her situation. There were others out there in much worse conditions.

I smiled at wren "hey look wren that teddy bear huge " I said to her smiling

"Hmm?" She mumbles. She clutches onto her bear, it was her security item.

I smiled we went into a store it had clothes I grab a shirt "wren come try some on" I said to her smiling excited

Wren shakes her head no. She continues to hold onto the bear.

I look at her and smiled holding a a nice blue shirt with butterflys "wren try it on" I said happy to try to get her into getting some new clothes.
