Combat is woven into the storyline and could come to the forefront if the characters seek it out.

If this was a group RP and romance was an absolute zero percent chance, I would think about it. I've wanted to RP a steampunk war RP around this era. So we'll see, I guess.

No, it is not a group RP, but romance is preferred.
I've personally never had an RP without romance survive long, as a lack of its presence seems to allow the RP to dies quickly

I personally have had 100s of RPs without romance, so it can work and that's something you can look to improve. I also write romance often, but I can't see any of my characters romantically linked to yours. Females included. But I'm sure you'll find another that matches.
