Setting: Kingsport is, well, a moderate-sized port city used to cold rainy winters and hot humid summers on the east coat of the United States. As superheroes and supervillains are a fact of life in the setting, civilians probably won't freak out at the sight of powers/a non-police-officer swooping in to disrupt a mugging, though supervillains are still something to be feared!

Vigilantes?

If you're fighting crime, I'd classify you a superhero. Doesn't necessarily mean you're one in-setting, just makes it easier to know who's likely to end up fighting who if no circumstances interfere.

I guess Cameron would be consider a superhero. They're kind of like Batman but an assassin. So in other words a less bratty Damien.
