She hugged him again. "That looks like it hurts.." she said softly.

"what? changing? Naw. It feels weird, but it doesn't hurt. Plus, it's nice to be covered in fur. It makes for good snuggles," he chuckled and hugged her back.

She paled, looking a bit nervous. "So, uhm.. What do werewolves do?"

"Oh, nothing special. My family is kind of vigilant. We protect and help those who need it, and i's not really a choice, in my family it's an instinct. I've been helping people out for about 186 years now, give or take," he shrugged, "We really just howl at the moon and when we're feeling a bit playful we turn into our wolf forms and run through cities, then we just run into allies that we have clothes put in before hand and change back into humans."

"You've been around that long?" Hannah asked softly, not wanting to offend them.

"Ayup," he grinned, "We age one year for every ten or so we're alive."

She smiled. "Avon must hate you guys.."

"Who's dat?" Elemeno asked curiously.

"Avon? That's a cosmetics company." He smiled. "They probably hate you because you age slowly and don't need all the age-defying stuff." She smiled and giggled. "You must've been a cute puppy."

"Ooooh, that Avon," he smiled then blushed at her compliment, "Hehe, my parents think so. We've got pictures back at my house of my in all the forms."

"This explains why you like burgers so much."

"Yup," he grinned and sat down on the good of his car and pulled her into his lap, "Do you promise not to tell?"

"I promise. WHo would I tell? Everyone I live with is stoned anyway." She smiled.

He smiled and laughed, "Good, they'd believe you but no one would believe them," he said then hesitantly kissed her cheek.

Hannah blushed very red, not able to look at him. "What was that for./.?" She asked meekly.

"For me being able to trust you," he said softly.

Feeling a bit bad for him, she reached for and grabbe his hand, giving it a gentle squeeze. "Everyone needs someone they can trust."

He smiled and brushed his hand over her cheek, "You're right."

She blushed deep red when he did that. "Yes.."

"And I can trust you, right?" he asked softly and hugged her.
