Tannis's lips parted to blow a breath upwards, moving some of the fiery locks of hair from her sight. Tannis's hazel gaze drifted towards the other two, her right hand lifting up to reveal the prized mirror. Tannis's hazel eyes lingered upon it, idly watching her facial expression, before returning her hazel gaze to the darkly clothed femme. Tannis's curved lips curl into a soft smile, her cloth covered legs carrying her towards the witch, "But of course! You did come all this way to retrieve it. Who am I to say otherwise?" Tannis's left hand reaches out to pull, gently, the witch's hand. Tannis's right hand places the mirror into the other femme's palm, her hands moving upward to untie the whiskey soaked bandanna from the witch's head.
"I see you brought me my cloth. I do hope it served you well." Tannis's hands hold the green cloth's ends in each hand, her hands bringing it to her own neck and tying the tips underneath her fiery locks, pulling the fabric near her neck, while forming a small knot. The bandanna was now a handkerchief, worn about the neck. "Though I do believe I saw a small crack in the mirror. Tis' likely that is what has caused the subjects and the surrounding animals to become corrupted, but I could be wrong."
Tannis's hazel gaze turns her fair face to the male, her curved lips curling into a smirk, "I see the first door that I left you to guard was far too easy of a task. If I were to find a larger, more dangerous door to be opened, I will certainly direct you to it, so you may test your metal. So to speak."

Bandit grasped the handle of the hand mirror and inspected the crack closely. The crack simply ran through the glass but not the structural frame that held it in place. What mattered the most was the fact that none of the sealing runes suffered and damage. It would take very powerful magic to truly damage the mirror. Reaching over to her right hip, the witch tucked the mirror safely away. Glancing back up at Tannis, Bandit shook her head.
"My mirror would have done worse than influences the occurrences in this fortress. Whatever caused the activity here is beyond me. I have what I have came for. You both have been properly paid for your assitance, therefore let us leave quickly and head into town for medical assistance. I cannot heal Vahn. Our will clash." she said seriously. A crack in the mirror meant Bandit would suffer instability in her magical powers for awhile until the mirror had a proper look at.
Turning to Vahn, the witch smiled slightly. She noticed he wasn't at full strength but for the most part he head his pain well. Bandit wasn't about to reveal how much she understood of his pain. Men sure had their pride to uphold. Activity in the fortress ceased. No creatures awaited the three in dark corners. Just outside the fortress the sun began to rise lighting the rooms slowly.

While Bandit was speaking, the currently injured adventurer had been rummaging about in his vest pockets, presumably to look for something. Not finding it, he frowned momentarily before moving to check the things hanging from his belt and in his pants pockets. He could have sworn he kept a vial on hand...A smile lit his features and a small glass tube with a cork in it was procured from a pocket on his left hip. The liquid inside was a deep red color, though the liquid itself was transparent and did a rather good job of reflecting the light passing through the glass. Pulling out the cork, he quickly downed the liquid in one smooth motion. The effect was slight, but immediate. His pained expression faded, to be replaced by one of relief. Corking up the vial again, he slid it back into the pocket from whence it came.
"Phew. That's better. I was getting kinda tired of the whole pain in the side, thing, y'know?" Taking a deep breath, he exhaled and looked down at his side, checking on the wound. Still a mess, definitely, but the bleeding seemed mostly to be done, urged on by the pressure he was putting on the wound. He gave a friendly little chuckle. "Still be best if I was getting some bandages fer' this thing, though. Not to mention I've done made a mess of myself. Need ta' stop by the worksho-"
"That is...We's best be headin' on outta hea', eh? Now that they's ain' be no reason ta' stay, n' all. Yea..." His metal hand ran through his hair, a clear sign of being nervous. He really should have kept in mind that particular medicine's side effects before he'd gone and taken it in a position where he was liable to say things he might regret.

Tannis's hazel gaze watched the darkly clothed femme, as she inspected the mirror. Tannis's speckled-white ears stretched upward, her head nodding, once, "Tis' likely true, but, we should be going, I agree." Tannis's boots carry her form towards the main door of the room, removing the propped-up chair and setting it aside. Tannis's right hand pushes the door open, her hazel gaze drifting to the male, her speckled-white ears tilting at peculiar angles, "What was that?" Tannis's curved lips curl into a soft smile, her shoulders rising in a shrugging fashion. Her form exits the room, but is not far, as she bends to wrap her right hand around her picnic basket's handle, lifting it off of the ground.
Tannis's back was to the other two, her left hand lifting the basket's lid up, "My supplies are still fresh, how wonderful." Tannis's left hand reaches in, pulling a bottle of wine, sliding the butt-end of the bottle along her right sleeve, using the butt to shut the picnic basket's lid. Tannis's hazel gaze drifts to the other two, her bottle raised slightly, "Unless you would rather stay here." Tannis's curved lips curl into a soft smile, her left hand's fingers twiddling towards them the best they could. Tannis's cloth covered legs carry her from the room's entrance, beginning her travels outward.

Mission complete and everyone still in one intact piece, Bandit allowed herself to smile. The mirror would need attention but for now she was content to just make her leave and head into town. She reached the exit of the fortress at a comfortable pace. Stopping, Bandit looked over her shoulder to address Vahn.
"Is this where we part again?" Her face held no emotion but her voice expressed a ... bit more than she cared to reveal. An adventure ending often meant Bandit once again was off on her own. There was business still left her to take care of but she wouldn't mind catching up with the cheerful man after such a long absence. Partly, the absence was her own fault. Bandit was a restless soul who faced the world with strong independence. She slightly shook her head and the smile faded back into a serious expression. Her eyes flickered over to Tannis.
"Thank you again for all your help. Perhaps we shall meet again someday?" With those last few words Bandit wiped her BC-41 dagger off on her thigh making it shine bright in the early morning sun.

"Wha' was what?" He quickly leveled Tannis with a look so falsely innocent that it was hard even for him to believe it. A thing he seemed to be doing more and more, as of late. While they were no their way out, he'd taken to walking at the head of the group, turned around and staring back at them with his fingers laced and his hands planted on the back of his neck. It took little more than a glance at the mechanical feline curled up in a shadowed corner for it to stand and follow them out into the open air. IT was then that he turned his attention to the question aimed at him, and he seemed to think for a few moments before shrugging absentmindedly.
"Wells, it sure don't needs ta' be, if'n ya's don' be wantin' it to. I's ain' got no obligations, meself. I mean, I'ma hafta take a break ta' go n' make some repairs ta' me n' Gwen hea', not ta' mention restockin' on supplies n' thin's. Bu' ye's be knowin' me, May. I's as free wanderin' a spirit as ye' yer'self kin be." While he was speaking, he had begun to rip a thick strip from the hem of his shirt to begin winding around his stomach as a makeshift bandage. What with the precautions taken earlier, he had no doubt that his life wasn't in any real danger, but leaving a gash to open air was never a good idea and there wasn't any real reason for him to not cover it up.

Tannis's picnic basket was held with both hands, in front of her person. Her black boots kept a leisurely pace, her posture straightened and proper. Tannis’s shoulders rise in a shrugging fashion, her head canting to the side, “I suppose it twas’ nothing of importance.” Tannis’s hazel gaze closes briefly and opens slowly, her curved lips curling into a show of white teeth, “You are welcome. Though, if we meet again, it may be too soon.” Tannis’s hazel gaze drifts towards the town’s gates, her right shoulder rising to brush against her cheek, “Unless you mean to invite me to dinner, then I would not mind your company.” Tannis’s eyebrows rise delicately, twice.
Tannis’s throat releases a yawn, her lips open and her hazel gaze shut, before opening half-way. “But what I require is breakfast and a long nap.” Once the trio, or, only Tannis, was within the city’s walls, a little girl, dressed in a simple beige dress and covered in grime, approached the taller femme. Tannis’s curved lips curl into a soft smile, her form placing its knee upon the ground, the picnic basket held in front of her, “Hello dearie~ That bread was delicious, and I brought you back your father’s basket, just like I promised. There may even be a treat inside, just for you.” The little girl beams her white teeth in a wide smile, “Thank you, miss lady!” Tannis’s right hand offers the basket to the little girl, and then moves the same hand to press its palm against the right side of the girl’s face, idly rubbing until the little girl produces a giggling sound. Tannis straightens her posture, her hands’ palms pressing into her hips, a few stray strands of red falling in front of her sight, “I certainly hope your father is preparing breakfast, I am simply famished.”

I believe the adventure should come to an end here. I personally do not have anymore goals for this RP and would like to move onto other RP's.
Very well. Tannis does the right thing, or so she thinks. Vahn finds his shop, or so we believe. Bandit is reunited with her mirror, or so she thinks. The story is now complete!
Yay! Awesome job everyone!
Overall, it twas' fun. Likely the longest game I have played, so far. But, onto other things!
