Brylie walked down the halls. She eyed each room doing her daily patrol. She carried to katanas on her back. She looked carefully down each hall for any movement.

Alister noticed one of his guards walking down the hallway. “Hello So you must be one of the newer recruits.” Alister says to the guard and looked at her swords. ‘Hmmm interesting one in the least maybe it would be a good idea to become her friend even though I’m the lord and all.’ Alister put on a kind smile.

Aidan was getting frustrated. He couldn't find one open place in this whole damn town. All he wanted DJ to go in and leave! He didn't want to stay in this stupid town! Would a traveler really get into trouble? He wasn't staying out or anything. He sighed deeply and gave up on the hunt just trying to find his way out.

A guard ran into Aiden. “Hey what are you doing out here when the king has called for a curfew when an assassin tried to kill someone?” The guard said gruffly and grabbed Aiden’s arm. “You know what come along we are going to go see the king.” The guard says pulling Aiden toward the castle.

Brylie nodded to the man confront of her" that's correct sir I am new" ahe said bluntly before she speaks again" I'm Brylie" she said as she bowed now knowing who he was by pictures on the walls.

Aidan sighed deeply, he was dead meat right? He was a human traveler... he wasn't probably welcome so when he tried to leave he is taken... what is wrong with this realm!? Even though he didn't want to go, he shit up and walked with the man. The more he struggled the worse everything was going to be.

Alister looked at her with a curious glance. “Please there’s no need for the formality right now. So you’ve got some unique weapons there what are they?” Alister asks looking at the hilts with a curiosity that was not befit of a king.
‘Hmm she didn’t recognize me at first interesting.’ Alister thought as he sized her up.

Meanwhile the guard pulled Aiden along for about half an hour to the front door and knocked three times on it. The doors opened and more guards let them in. The guard then pulled him to the throne room and told him to wait there for the king.

Brylie pulled her blades out and then soon spoke " these are katanas the originate from japan. There very sharp and can cut through a watermelon as if it was butter " she said the Lord her swords they had a snake engraved on the blades with the initials B.E on it.. Soon after she placed the swords back on to her back.

“They are nice. would you like them enchanted?” Alister says being kind when all the rumors suggested that he ruled with an iron grip to all the citizens. ‘I wonder if she will accept this gift with me changing I hope I’m not getting too soft though.’ Alister thought as he waited for her reaction at his sudden kindness.

Aidan crossed his arms and tapped his foot, this was stupid... he didn’t even have a weapon on him, which might be a blessing right now since that could have gotten his ass in jail or something. He was very patient with people so he was pacing the room by 5 steps each time.

Brylie gave a nod" sure if love to accept this gift from you" she said softly to the king" this king is nice I should stick with his good side and avoid the bad" she thought to herself . She soon adjusted her swords on her back.

Alister smiled. “Alright then stop by later at the throne room in two days and I’ll be able to have everything ready. But for now have a nice evening because duty calls.” Alister says as a beep comes from some kind of metal band around his wrist and he walks off to the throne room. After about 30 minutes he got to the throne room. “Hello there sir and why are you here?” Alister says in a kind tone as he walked over to his throne and sat down in it.

“ I honestly can’t tell... “ Aidan sighed deeply. “ all I know is I was traveling through this town... and I got caught up in that silly curfew... I did try to follow it and find a place to say but everything was ****ing full so I wanted to continue my travels... next thing I know I’m here... “ he tapped his foot much harder now, people to him were like bugs. Yes they were needed but no one wanted them. He just wanted to keep moving on and jumping from place to place like always...

“I’m afraid your going to have to stay here until the assassin is caught and jailed.” Alister says looking at him and sizing him up. “Maybe I could give you good job here in this kingdom...I mean after all I’m changing from who I was before.” Alister offered holding his hand out to the man. ‘I wonder if he understands this gesture at all?’ Alister thought to himself as he waited patiently.

Raven inhaled deciding she would get out of the castle now , even if it was so much colder here than outside , and she wasn’t supposed to be outside this late. She decided to make a run for it and find the window she had come in. She sprinted down the hall hoping no one would hear her feet slapping against the marble floor.

“Sorry I don’t do well stay in one place for too long... “ Aidan didn’t even trust this guy one little bit... he didn’t trust guys at all really... he didn’t want to be found out and he didn’t want anything bad to happen to him... the best thing would be to take his offer but he really didn’t want to. He sighed deeply and mumbled his answer. “ fine... but that doesn’t mean I’ll be sweet as candy or anything...” he shook the mans hand and ignored his other comment.

Guards were patrolling the castle a lot more than usual after the incident of the assassin and a small patrol of four guards encountered Raven. 2 on each end of the hallway. “Halt!” They all yelled at her in unison.

Alister looked at the man all of a sudden in disgust. And pulled his hand away rather quickly and composed himself. “I’m sorry to here that but no one leaves this place.” Alister says as a smile played on his face now. ‘This is going to piss him off and I know it but that’s exactly why I’ve said it.’ A lister thought as he soon leaned and put his elbows on his knees and put his head in his hands looking at the man. “Oh where are my manners I am Zane Reiner.”

Aidan raised his eye brow at the way this man acted it. It felt fake and forced, and when he pulled away like he was some kind of monster he flinched pretty hard and went to cover his head, stopping himself before he did it. “ sorry to call you out... but I don’t think that is your name... “ He said his with his arms crossed and his firey red bangs covering his eyes-

“Oooooh touché my real name is Alister Vernon. Zane Reiner is the Fallen angel I stayed not too long ago.” Alister laughed now at his sly reaction to figuring out his clever fib. ‘Well he is smarter than he looked. Nonetheless I like him so I guess I will continue to try to convince him to stay.’ Alister thought to himself and then said: “well nonetheless I have a task for you.” Alister says to the man.

Raven groaned when she heard the guards and continued to run , trying to get away but she couldn’t . They grabbed her and pulled her away . She struggled but got no were , a part of her angry she got caught but another not even upset. After all she had nothing to lose , it wasn’t like she wanted to go home. But she didn’t want to work for the castle , yet maybe she’d get to met the strange master everyone seemed to talk about.
