Also, I saw a really good nod to Treasure Island by Robert Louis Stevenson. That was what I saw first. Also the title of Adventurer's Handbook is an interesting color. Unusually bright, same thing with Interesting Roleplay: Collected Stories.

Two books about bugs as well, The Great Bug War: The Novel and Bug Hunting 1. And Epic Week 2019 and Epic Week Survival Guide look like binders to me. And the two bug books are separated by the shelf end.

Wait, I just realized that there are two books on a series of topics, one on each side of the shelf. There are two pirate books, two Epic Week guides, and two bug books.

Ah, there are three books about Epic week, though.

There are. Shoot. But, it looks like it forms a pattern. At least, it looks like it in my mind. It looks like the pattern reflects itself at the shelf end. If I ignore the Epic Week 2019 book, it looks like the pattern goes Bug, Bright Title, Epic Week. Then there's the other three books on each end that mess it up.

The last one says Epic Week 2019.

And the stuff in the book has been translated, too here's what it says. the first bit of morse code says "iksn ar hkpr," the oceanic script says "icvo rbono ano," and the second morse code says "but use only."

Also in the book, on opposing pages we can't see very well, there is oceanic script that says "hp", and morse code that says "ki." Those may not be at all meaningful

Of course of all those.... Robert Louis Stevenson is one of my favourite authors (not this particular book --- I prefer The Black Arrow) but from him I got my nickname Tusitala
