That's very neat logic, unfortunately this is a puzzle, which means the answer will be found somewhere on the RPR!
I swear, I don't have the smarts for this.

"The top of the columns..."
I'm thinking it might have something to do with the browse groups thing. Browsing groups on the desktop website sorts the IC and OOC groups into 2 separate columns.

I tried the Help thing, but I don't know what I'm looking for.
The answer to this one might involve answers to other riddles.
OK so this is... A HUGE longshot.
But...
But...
Ah, that's the movie that gave us "COUNT TO FIVE ADVANCE" from last year's Epic Week things.
(It still says that, don't worry. I re-did it out of curiosity the first time I watched the documentary. )

Ayyyyy, I ddint knew ;v;
Thanks for the compliment, thought!
Thinking back, maybe "Post" could be the answer? The colums have the number and title of the posts in them, and maybe post can refer to what you post on a billboard...or idk, I haven't had tea yet, the hunger slows my brain (???
Maybe the little pin there is on hte pinned threads has something to do? They are on the TOP of the colums at earch forum. Maybe "Pinnacle" or smth like that...

"EPIC WEEK 2018: THE JOURNEY BEGINS" Time: 0:43))
It looks like morse code, .. -.- ... -. .- .-. .... -.- .--. .-.
but it translates to IKSNARHKPR.
Any ideas, or is it random?

We were trying to figure that out! We can't tell what it means yet. The morse on the last page says "but use only"
Also, "by the source of knoledge"
What if it's not a library, but the Help, or News pages.

And the alien script (the arcs and pips) translates to "icvo rbono ano."
Yup, that's something being considered! You could be right!
I opened a bottle and it said...

Remember, symbols marked as "puzzle" mean the final answer is going to relate to something to do with the RPR -- usually something within the current event. Let the clues lead your investigation through the site, don't get stuck trying to work with only the clues themselves on the page!
It's not much to go by, but I share it anyways

I unscrambled IKSNARHKPR, and got this :
prankish, harpins, rankish, arshin, harpin, khakis, kishka, parish, pranks, prinks ,rakish ,raphis, shairn, shikar, shrank ,shrink ,sirrah, sprain.
I know not all of them are words, but I used a word unscrambler. Still trying to figure out the collums part

Also, just a thought. ALPHA symbol.
Kim is almost like the alpha of this site. Maybe we should check out her profile page.
