I was thinking that same thing. I can't figure out what it means by collums, at all.

This might be me just being super literal, but "By the source of knowledge" seems like it has something to do with the Help tab. And "The top of the columns" would be the headers on the forums, right?

We had toyed with that notion, but couldn't shake anything out of it. It's still worth pursuing.
