The ones in the courtyard seem spaced out weirdly... could that be - - --? But that is TTM and that sounds wrong as heck.

Here are my guesses.

I'm allllmost seeing "aquatic" in there. almost.

Reasons for the variations: when the pages are flipping, I think I can hear a .. but it isn't clear. It might just be part of the page turn sound effect. .. is I, so, there may or may not be an I between O and D.

Then, regarding the stuff at the beginning: I'm not sure if we should count the fireworks before they go inside. Technically they are "hidden from view," but there is cracklyness at the beginning which isn't Morse code. Then it's followed what MIGHT be - - -- (TTM) or ---- (meaningless, but I might be mishearing --- which is O??)

As far as actual dots and dashes, here's what I got, interspersed with the rest of the audio so it's easier to keep track. If anyone gets a chance to listen, you can compare it to this!

Just inside: ..- --.- ..-
Then she speaks

However... there is a possibility I misheard the beginning totally, because "AQUATOID" are dudes from xcom. and thats fitting! So throw that in the guess list too.

Oh, snap. A is .- and U is ..-! The first beep I heard might be from something else, which would turn U into A. So I'm like 80% sure the answer is "aquatoid." Now to blast up on these gobbos so we get a chance to answer.

Yikes, nice work! I was having a heck of a time isolating the bangs by ear.

I am doing what I should have done in the first place, and looking into the soundfile with Audacity. Will report back if any other findings.

Okay! The indoor stuff, yeah, that does look like it's 'aquatoid'. There's some fuzziness there because of the pages, but once I got a spectrogram with filters on it, it was a little more noticeable.

The outdoor stuff... It sounds so different from the very regular 'beats' inside that I'm not sure we should count it. It's kind of garbled up by the background music, as well.

Looks like aquatoid it was! Good job you guys!
