I am still rather new here and kinda overwhelmed by this epic week. And I just got a head. What is it purpose? It says it heals me, but what does it want to heal?! So confused

A party hat? Those're used to heal you up if you take some damage during battle! You might also have weapons dropped on your head, as well.
