Well, this being the Rebellious symbol, every Star Wars protagonist, maybe. 
We know it's a male character... his destiny....
"manifest his destiny" is unusual wording. Manifest destiny is a 19th century idea that US colonizers were destined to spread across all of North America, and that it was justified and meant to be. So we could be looking for someone who feels the same way about expansion for his people/country/etc.
Let's hope we get the missing clue soon

Well, I know the career and destiny ones could apply to both Anikin and Luke Skywalker. Anikin especially. But I doubt it'd be that obvious.
