I have tried to get a reaistic type of a vampire RP going several time but failed at other sites. Perhaps I will get a better response here.
I have done some research on clinical vampirism and that is what this RP will be about. People who have these diseases will be ones who feel or are outcasts from society. They find each other and make a town for them selves and those who wish to help them. I would like 'outsiders' to come in and visit.
If there is anyone who wish to know more about what I am talking about and are interesting in RPing in this theme. I will speak more on it.

These are true blood disorders! I found them while searching for some real evidence that vampires could exist in this world.
A- Photosensitivity: Light sensitivity or photosensitivity refers to a notable or increased reactivity to light. Apart from vision, human beings have many physiological and psychological responses to light. In rare individuals an atypical response may result in serious discomfort, disease, or injury. Some drugs have a photosensitizing effect. Properties of natural or artificial light that may abnormally affect people include:
a-Timing of light (upset of normal circadian rhythms, seasonal affective disorder, sleep disorders)
b-Intensity of light (photophobia, sunburn, skin cancer)
c-Wavelength of light (in lupus, urticaria)
d-Rapid flickers in intensity of light may trigger or aggravate photosensitive epilepsy, epileptic seizure, or migraine headaches.
e-Conditions that may include sensitivity to light include vertigo and chronic fatigue syndrome.
Controlled application of artificial light can be used in a program of Light therapy to treat some disorders.
B- Craving for blood:
a- Clinical vampirism, more commonly called Renfield's syndrome or Renfield syndrome, is an obsession with drinking blood.
c- Coeliac disease, also spelled celiac disease, is an autoimmune disorder affecting primarily the small intestine that occurs in people who are genetically predisposed to desire blood.
C- Arithmomania: is a mental disorder that may be seen as an expression of obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD). Individuals suffering from this disorder have a strong need to count their actions or objects in their surroundings. Obsession with counting letters, seeds, books, ect.
D- Histrionic personality disorder (HPD) is defined by the American Psychiatric Association as a personality disorder characterized by a pattern of excessive attention-seeking emotions, usually beginning in early adulthood, including inappropriately seductive behavior and an excessive need for approval.
