As a new user, I have two important questions to help me better understand this site.
1) Is it a good idea to try to use a character for multiple RPGs or are characters on this site usually for a single RP only?
2) Do RPs tend to have a continuity that leads into more RPs or are stories usually fully contained in a single RP here?

1. Yes! As you get only a certain amount of character slots, it's very good to re-use characters.
2. It depends on who you are role-playing with and what their preference is!
