The year is 2487 most of the known Galaxyvis ruiled by tyrant known as the plague Lord he rules over your home words with an iron fist as he picks it clean if anything he disires leaving vary little for your people
You are the few people remaining that still hold onto hope that all is not lost which didn't go unoticed one day after each of your homeworlds have payed tribute to him you each received a message a man with no face was to pick you up you would have 24 hours to get what you can before he arrives

When you create your character for this
You are to roll me 3 d20's each one mean a different aspect of the game
First d20 what planet you come from
1-6 a slave planet were you experience the worst conditions ever to be put upon you but make you strong and hearty
7-13 a harvester planet
These planets are what is used to breed fresh troops for the Lord's army
Planet is packed to the brim often to overpopulated for anyone to receive the nessesitys to survive making you sly crafty and steakful to steal what you need
14-20 a wartorn planet is a planet Still fighting mostly with rebels against the Lord's rule making you adeptive solders and skilled fighters in battle
The final two rolls are what your armor and weapon you start out with is
1-6 no armor no weapons
7-13 light weapons like knives pistols or hunting rifles, padded or scrap armor
14-20 obsolete military weapons and gear (think ballistic or kenetic weapons, and mostly metal or today's modern military armor)

Some magic. Few can use it, but most of the players probably won't have it. Magical characters will likely believe that they are all alone.
Far future, perhaps galactic teleporters and fast terraforming
Combat is woven into the storyline and could come to the forefront if the characters seek it out.
