For the past three or so days, I've noticed that, well, I have more than a few ideas in my head. Good ideas, but the moment I pick my pen up, or open a word document, it all just runs dry. Two sentence in, I give up. I might genuinely be tired. idk Suggestions, anyone?

I'd say take a nap or something to that extent. It may give you your creativity back, and you'll feel refreshed afterward. That's what I do. Hope this helps.

I would jot down the ideas (usually for me I get stuck with plots or character background) that I do have. That way I can come back to them and just jot a little here and there. I've also got a playlist on YouTube, a friend of mine watches movie clips to get her "in the zone" of a character, and sometimes using a character in a chatroom to build up ideas is productive for me.

If you do think that you're tired though the previous suggestion to get some extra rest is the best bet.
